I'm waiting for Terminator to turn into a documentary like Idiocracy did and I'm suspicious of most robots... But the one at Little Caesars was pretty cool. It sold me about the most food you can get for your dollar, piping hot and hassle free.

Food was cold. Ordered at 5:53 didn't get food until 6:22. And they didnt ask if I was there they just stuck it in the thing. And gave no receipt. Overall rating 1 star. bad review! So on 3/28/25 called to place a order and no one would answer the phone and the manager was making pizza and not paying any mind to the front counter at all Will and I forgot to order crazy bread so went back in and got told it would be another 45 minutes for crazy bread. And he was very rude to other customers slamming stuff on the counter. That is very rudeone lady was trying to ask about her order and she had already been there 30 minutes waiting on a pizza two orders of wings and crazy bread. They really need to put him at another store! Because I order pizza every weekend for grand kids so I am a regular goes all the time

i came in expecting a simple, pleasant experience, but the service was anything but. The person at the counter, Will, made it clear he didn’t want to be there. From the constant sighing to the annoyed expressions, it was obvious he had no interest in serving customers. Ordering a pizza shouldn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable, yet that’s exactly how it felt. The food was fine, but the attitude from will is enough to keep me from coming back.
I waited 33 minutes after being told 5 minutes. I refused the pizza that was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. The person (unkempt and rude) said fine and pulled a pizza out that appeared warm and slid it towards me. Upon returning home this is hands down the WORST pizza I've ever had!! Had it not been raining i would have headed right back. This place is DIRTY. The workers are rude. Run!!!!

So the pizza was good enough and I didn’t have any real problems. Except for Will, the employee who took my order. This man huffed and puffed everytime you asked for any item. The guy acted like he was absolutely stunned by the fact people would come to a pizza place and ask for pizza. Shrugged his shoulders and sighed every time an extra item was ordered. Literally pouted like a little kid. Will needs to either realize he hates making pizza (which is what it seems) or stop his awful attitude and deal with it. I will never come back here because I don’t want to feel like a burden ordering some pizza at a pizza place.

It's what you expect from any other Little Caesars, and that's not really a bad thing.
You know what you are getting. Their pizza isn't going to wow you, but it is consistent in the product. No worry about burnt pizza or something else not being what you expect.
The service was friendly during my time there, so that is a plus.
If you are looking for a quick pizza for not an expensive price. This is your place.

Second time I ordered on the app at this location and both were epic fails .The first one was a pepperoni classic well done and it was so undercooked the slices just flopped. The second today was a classic pepperoni add green peppers well done ,it was cold in the middle ,not well done and about a cup and a half of green peppers just a ridiculous amount. I am posting a photo hopefully the owners will see they are wasting ingredients and just ruining pizza.

Beware if you use the Little Caesar’s app then someone from DoorDash can somehow steal your pickup order. I placed my order on the app and when it finally updated that it was ready I went inside to pick it up to be told that someone from DoorDash just used my name and picked it up right before I walked in. I don’t understand how that happened and if it’s some type of glitch like the guy said then that should have been taken care of a long time ago. I don’t have an account with DoorDash and have never used them. My account was with Little Caesar’s to pick up the order only. My money was refunded but the whole situation was ridiculous.
