Ordered online before they opened. Food was hot and ready 10 minutes after they opened. Made it just in time for my daughter‘s class to enjoy pizza for lunch.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Little Caesars. I observed an employee coming in directly from the dumpster area and handling tasks without washing his hands, which is a serious hygiene concern.
When I asked about my order, the employee responded with an unprofessional attitude, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the food was also not well prepared, which added to my concerns.
I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve hygiene practices and customer service.

Ordered pizza on the website to be delivered. When I got it, it was warm, not hot. And I was missing stuff. When I called them about it, they got extremely rude about it. Pretty much saying it was my fault for ordering it and not picking it up myself. Im in works on trying to get my money back. I would not recommend you going there. There are much better pizza places around town..

Grandkids wanted a pizza. I stopped in to get them what they wanted. The guy behind the counter was rude, obnoxiously unpleasant, and overwhelming unapproachable. Won't go into too much detail as far as the exchange of words. I left and went to dominos and got my babies what they wanted so I didn'thave to hear them complain at home. If you're going to work in the food industry. Customer service and the way you talk to people has to be a priority in business. I choose where I want my money to be spent. Not the other way around. Never going back to this location again. Not even if it was FREE!!!

Do not order from Vero Beach! We returned our pizzas due to have long black strands of hair in our pizzas! We all have blonde hair;4 kids. I called and told them,4 tries later..I brought all 3 back. NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES OR HAIRNETS!The cashier guy long dark hair. One was fisting the can of myshrooms(girl had long dark hair),the other guy picking his nose and doing the sauce.

If you’re hungry and considering Little Caesars delivery—don’t. I ordered food for my family, money came out instantly, but the food? Never showed up. Instead, I got a random text saying my order was canceled after they apparently gave my pizza away.
Called the store, and the manager was dismissive, rude, and acted like it wasn’t their problem. DoorDash blamed Little Caesars, Little Caesars blamed DoorDash—meanwhile, I’m out dinner AND my money, which I now have to wait 7–10 days to get back. Newsflash: people order food with the money they actually need to EAT, not for a fun little “pending charge” experiment.
Corporate greed at its finest: take the money, don’t deliver the food, and shrug at the customer. If this is how they treat paying families, they should change the slogan from “Hot-N-Ready” to “Cold-N-Canceled.”
Terrible service, good luck placing an order over the phone. Food is a hit or miss.

I'm waiting for Terminator to turn into a documentary like Idiocracy did and I'm suspicious of most robots... But the one at Little Caesars was pretty cool. It sold me about the most food you can get for your dollar, piping hot and hassle free.
