My husband and I recently dined at this Vietnamese restaurant, and it was such a delightful experience from start to finish. I ordered the Mama Hue’s Special Pho, and it was simply exceptional. The broth was rich, flavorful, and deeply savory, clearly made with care and time. It came with tender pork ribs and Vietnamese ham, both perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The noodles had the ideal thickness and texture. It’s easily one of the best bowls of pho I’ve ever had.
My husband tried the Pad Thai with chicken and steak, and he absolutely loved it. He even said it was one of the best Pad Thais he’s had in a long time. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully presented.
We also ordered a Thai tea and a natural lemonade, both of which were delicious and refreshing. By the end of the meal, we were full, satisfied but not heavy. It was the kind of fullness that makes you feel nourished, not overstuffed.
The restaurant itself was spotless. It was bright, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. I especially appreciated the practical detail of having a sink available for handwashing without needing to use the restroom.
The person at the front counter was warm, friendly, and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The service was genuine and caring, which made the whole experience even better.

One of the best Pho I've ever had!!! I got the house special pork pho. It was to live for! My only complaint is I wish it had a better portion of the pork ribs. The pork ribs didn't have enough meat. Other than that it was fantastic! Highly recommend 👌

I found myself feeling hungry after my doctor’s appt. Was googling what can I eat around here since I’m not from Vero Beach and discovered this place was about 1.5 miles away from my doctor. Came in blindly and tried their special pho. Oh my gosh the pho was soooo clean tasting and I love how smooth the soup was. I tried their rice the second time I came and love it too! If you are here in town or from Vero Beach, make sure to drop by and try Mama Hue! I’ll always come back whenever I’m in town ☺️
