First I tried calling 3 times, it was 8:00 and on google it said they closed at 9:00. I didn’t get a single answer. Then when my boyfriend went in to order he ordered fried catfish. It came out abnormal fast and was undercooked. I couldn’t even finish half of 1 piece. My boyfriend tried to eat it and he had to throw up. It made our stomach feel sick the whole evening and the following day. If you didn’t want to cook for the rest of the evening just say that!

The food is good ? but trying to order anything over the phone doesn't work. Very poor business strategy. Atmosphere is very dim and dingy like it could use a good pressure washing with bleach.
Incompetent fools. I waited 30 minutes for them to fry a chicken sandwich. I actually think they're braindead. The food is good, but no thanks sto the staff. If you care about your time at all, go anywhere

The service was terrible. The staff has a bad attitude with horrible customer service. They are not trained to deal with customers. They do not wear uniforms. The staff wear fuzzy slippers or flip-flops and street clothes with ripped jeans. A strong management team is needed in this place. The sides are too small. We asked for extra gravy on the mashed potato, and we didn't get it. We went back to the cashier, and she had so much attitude that we gave up on asking.

Food is amazing. Always come here since ive moved back down here. But i keep paying for stuff that I am not getting. I got a 15 piece of chicken and only got 12 pieces. 2 weeks ago my dad picked up my mothers and my order and we on the side we ordered 15 hush puppies or corn fritters,paid for them, they were in the receipt, but he never recieved them. So im obsessed with the food. I have just been noticing the last few times i have gone everything is not how I ordered and I pay for certain amount for a certain amount of food. Its just not right. I did try calling for 30 minutes but no one answered. Also called in and my order was not rang up or cooked I still had to wait even tho I called it in ( live 18 minutes away and they asked wgen i wabted it ready for i said now) luckily im patient and dont care too much I care more about what Im paying for and, I just dont want to pay for things and not get them and I should not always have to count all the pieces of chicken if I order 15 pieces....I should get 15 I even confirmed with her because it did not look like 15. I got my corn fritters this time. The food is absolutely amazing but just wish I was not getting screwed out on my money. I work hard too and make little pay so eating out is expensive now adays and a luxury. Yes Maryland fried chicken your food is luxury for real! Please always just double check the order!!!

Got my order wrong. Refund requested and granted promptly. Can not get water with your meal, even dine in. Have to purchase water, and they do not have bottled water to purchase. Prices are reasonable.
Greasy. No chicken sandwiches. We would’ve purchased three had they had them. Slow, slow, slow, slow. The floor and all of the tables are covered in grease. Gross.

The chicken was very greasy, and had no flavor. The sides were so small that two spoonfuls and it was gone.
