Food cold called back manager said she don’t know how it’s cold when I’m the one eating it I microwave the same pancakes at and I the difference by the texture of the pancakes. I visit here all the time but told today she really played with me like I didn’t know what I’m taking about.

Every time I place a mobile order here it's a negative experience. The food isnt in stock, or some glitch screwed something up and I gotta order again even though I was charged. Sometimes I don't got that to spare and waiting 24 hours for the refund is asanine. Last time I found out no ebikes in the drive thru. Okay. Fair. I need something fast and reliable though so you're out of my lunch options.

On the drink list ~~ the problem with this McDonald's on 5280 US1 is that, you can't grab your own drinks. You have to wait in line for your water for your sodas for anything you want to drink. So it does make a difference what McDonald's you go to. The best two are Rosland Rd McDonald's in Sebastian and Vero Beach it would be the Oslo road McDonald's. Most other ones you have to wait a long time for the food and various other things. And some of them they don't even put front counter help in place. They have to see you from the kitchen and come over and take your order. And way too long at that. Ok, I'm done venting. ~~~ Happy Eating 😋

Very pathetic came to place drive-through order had to take my order twice and still the personnel cannot understand what I wanted from one person to another. I feel like that was purposely done. Should never have happened. Will never be stopping there again.

First time in my life I see a clean McDonald's restaurant. I spent an hour or so waiting for my daughter, and I witnessed how the store manager was in top of everything, cleaning, taking orders, and making sure the customers were taking care of fast and nice. That woman treated every employee like a mother, nice but firm. It was obvious that the employees respects her. The place was clean the entire time. I hate McDonald's but if every store had a manager like her, I could change my mind.

The Food was fresh but the customer service was bad , they had just mopped and one of the co workers was complaining out loud being rude to the blue collar workers . Yes , their feet were dirty but everyone came in with a smile and left irritated because of the comments made . Not cool

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and to get into A/C. Sadly, it was warm inside but not hot like outside. Still enjoyed our food. Order at keyosk and assigned a table number. One of the staff members brought our food to our table. Everyone was nice, food came out pretty quickly! Thank for a good experience!! ❤️
