This place has the new footprint. No services in the seating area. So if you want condiments you have to go up to the counter. However, no one is there most of the time. If you order from the kiosk, as we did, when they delivered, you have to tell them to go get you any salt, pepper, ketchup or a receipt. (Their kiosks don't have a printer). Very annoying. The server was nice about going and getting what we wanted, it's just inefficient and time consuming. Another McDonald's we went to had the server carry an apron with pockets full of these items.

I think every mcdonalds is the same when it comes to employees if I’m going to be honest… like you see those videos online of ppl screaming and fighting, looks like here as well. Not that I’ve seen them do it but they look like they’ll give me a 3 piece combo if I say anything. I have gone a few times, maybe like 3 times, where the lines were FULL and it took like 45 minutes to get food. But it’s usually quick. Also I don’t like the refurbished look companies are getting too minimalistic

This business has terrible staff and terrible customer service. They act like they're bringing problems to work. They treat you like you're going to ask, and I'm not the only one complaining. They serve you better on 58th and 49th Streets, where there's only one white woman. She's the one who's bitter about time, and then everyone else gets good service. Go to the other one on 58th and 49th Streets.

Our service was terrible, would not recommend anybody to come here it was so bad. Had to ask him to remake our food several times it was cold. The food was so greasy it was nasty. The staff was acting so rude and mean, did not want to take our order.

Worst mcdonalds in the treasure coast always texting on there phone while bringing your order out to a diffrent car they put there hands all over it then bring it to you im not eating that then manager gives you an attitude . You need to fire all the useless managers get new ones and RETRAIN ALL THE EMPLOYEES OR FIRE THEM . They always park you even if you order 2 cheeseburgers , they must fudge the paperwork with all the orders they get wrong and have to throw it away . This is the worst mcdonalds in all of florida. Districk manager should be ashamed of this mcdonalds aka please pull forward and we will bring it out screwed up or cold

Ordered some food a couple chicken sandwiches and fries with drinks took forever for it to come out and they messed up the order twice!! Then when I ask for them to fix it they want to argue about me being wrong
