Management was rude to a Door dasher when I was there. The Door dasher was trying to get a large drink for the order and the manager ignored and was very rude. She should not be in Management. I will not be eating here, again.

This place has the new footprint. No services in the seating area. So if you want condiments you have to go up to the counter. However, no one is there most of the time. If you order from the kiosk, as we did, when they delivered, you have to tell them to go get you any salt, pepper, ketchup or a receipt. (Their kiosks don't have a printer). Very annoying. The server was nice about going and getting what we wanted, it's just inefficient and time consuming. Another McDonald's we went to had the server carry an apron with pockets full of these items.

I think every mcdonalds is the same when it comes to employees if I’m going to be honest… like you see those videos online of ppl screaming and fighting, looks like here as well. Not that I’ve seen them do it but they look like they’ll give me a 3 piece combo if I say anything. I have gone a few times, maybe like 3 times, where the lines were FULL and it took like 45 minutes to get food. But it’s usually quick. Also I don’t like the refurbished look companies are getting too minimalistic
