Although the staff were very nice and super fast when I asked to have sausage switched to bacon in a pancake breakfast 🥞, to my surprise they gave me 1 piece of bacon. It was a drive thru order and not worth going back. Just make sure you check your order.

I ordered a mobile order online, I got to the location and the line was not moving. I sat in line for a good hour. I would have left however I was stuck in between two cars. When I finally got to the ordering stand I told them I had a mobile order code and they told me that I was all set to move up to the window. When I got to the window she told me that I was good to proceed to the food window. A lady approached me at the window asking what food I was there for. I told her that I had ordered a mobile order online about an hour prior. She told me that it was pushed back and other orders were taking priority. Then she proceeded to ask me to get back into the line that at this point was as far back as the gas pumps. I expressed to her that I had a curfew and did not have the time to sit in the line again. I asked her to reimburse me for my food that I did not receive and she said that it wasn’t possible. I am not one to complain, however I thought by using the app I would save myself the time and the headache. This McDonald’s has never been good, but it is comical to watch the lack of quality control they have. The only consistent thing they have is their inability to keep a clean, organized, and effective team. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant and I understand it was later in the evening. However it doesn’t make up for the laziness of these individuals. I hate seeing money that I worked for go to waste due to the lack of drive these people have. Like I said, it’s not that deep. It is just the fact of the matter.

Third time I've only received half my food in the bag from this location and didn't find out til I got home. Kind of ridiculous. Probably not going back after this time. Plenty of better places to eat that don't rip me off

The building is shared with a gas station, so very cramped. The bathroom is cleaned to MacDonald's standard. We only ordered a coffee and it was lukewarm...granted it was late afternoon.

I left my black satchel / fanny pack with my identification, cards, and money inside of it, beside the cash register an hour and a half ago. I'm on my way back right now. Here's hoping there are honest people around....

This is the worst managed McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. We waited 30 minutes in line, then was told we had to use a kiosk to make an order. The people in front of us in line just stood there chitchatting with the staff. The staff looked like they were doing absolutely nothing but talking to each other. by this time there were other people at the kiosk and the weight was over 30 minutes. We ended up leaving your staff. Should be basically fired and all new staff hi
