Floors were really sticky, improper care. Food was bland, the chips felt as if they weren’t cooked and one of the chips had a pice of black hair baked into it.

I placed an order with Moe’s through Uber eats. One item was the home wrecker bowl. The other item was supposed to be a burrito. We didn’t get the burrito. We got a bowl which did not even include the ingredients ordered for the burrito. I was issued a refund for the incorrect item. Then we go eat what they brought and the food is sour! I spoke to someone in your customer service and was told I have to pay for it even though it is sour! I am not paying $47 for a sour order of food! I will be taking this to TikTok, facebook, instagram, lemon8, etc. Uber eats should be requesting a refund from Moe’s & passing it along to me. The food is disgusting and I refuse to get sick for eating spoiled food. I believe it’s the guacamole. This is completely unacceptable

Moe’s Southwest Grill never disappoints! The food is always fresh and flavorful, the service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. One of the best spots for a delicious, satisfying meal every time!

I used to come to Moe's multiple times a week, used to rate it a 5 stars. In recent years, probably since the pandemic, the quality has slid and stores have been getting dirtier and the food seems less fresh. Really hope they can turn this around.

Not a good location. Absolutely burnt chicken crunchy unseasoned rice and to top it off all my sides were thrown inside the paper bag of chips crushing my chips. Who does that?? Just put them in the big bag with everything else. Can definitely tell the staff is undertrained or management just doesn’t care at all.

I walked in the lady was sitting down I’m extremely kind. So I didn’t say anything I always go to chipotle I wanted to try this out… I asked for my bowl to be made and I was very kind and I wanted fajitas and she was lazy I guess and didn’t want to throw some on the grill for me SGE STATED SHE WASNT OBLIGATED TO what a nice way to speak to a customer…..it I then told her I wasn’t interested anymore I WILL be telling everyone my experience

Used to be busy, now it is becoming a ghost town. Employees are sitting behind the counter on their phones waiting for customers. The food is cold.

Okay so here’s the thing they ah done young black lady working with glasses on who was super slow.Not blaming her for being slow I get but she was slow cuz she was too busy talking on the phone to someone.Truly disappointing time and I’ve never had trouble with a moes anywhere.she had AirPods in and was on FaceTime the whole time barely listening to customers it’s embarrassing.

Been a lover of Moes for a long time but this location is bad.
My burrito had expired ingredients i believe it was the ground beef but it was hard to tell because it was all mixed together. Burrito smelled rotten.
Salsa bar salsas and guacamole also tasted expired.
Returned the food.
Not going back.
Its a shame

My daughter got a kids meal with white rice and I got a chicken bowl with white rice and the rice was spoiled, called to ask to speak to a manager and there is no managers on duty the weekends. My daughter got sick from the rice will never eat there again.
