Mulligan's Beach House

Someone was hired to turn the place around, which is very badly needed. Food is mediocre at best food and the service was frequently slow (understaffed because they always seemed SO rushed?) and sometimes not even friendly (serious vibe is “I don’t want to be here, so I’m doing the bare minimum to just get you seated, fed and out of here). Now, someone is all over social media trying to ramp up business but he’s bashing other establishments and being snarky when, after baiting people to comment on a post asking “where’s the best place in Vero” etc, when they mention someplace else that he doesn’t like. He even brought politics and religion into it. Even if I agree with the politics and religion, I will only bring my business to places that serve kindness all around…. Especially if the place doesn’t stink and serves good food. Mulligan’s just doesn’t reach the bar.

Loved this place. I am going back. Atmosphere was amazing. Kid friendly.

The atmosphere was excellent, the service was amazing. The food was good, but I was very disappointed in the buttery Lobster Roll. The lobster was tough and overcooked. ?? #seafoodlover #lobsterroll #disappointed

Was really hoping for so much more. It’s a very cool vibe, but prices and slow service made it tough to enjoy. I wouldn’t avoid Mulligan’s, but be patient.

Mulligans WAS a great place for there daily drink specials with a meal. BUT since they NO LONGER are offering a daily drink special. Now it's not are go to place every weekend. We hope they bring back some type of daily drink special.

Foods great, service was awesome. But the say pet friendly!!! Not really!! Their pet friendly patios space and the path for the servers to walk is the same! My dog 5lb youkie would have tripped someone!! Can't even imagine a bigger dog on the ground! Tables are so tight on that patio, you're seriously almost touching backs to the next person at their table! Space between your chair and the table, only inches. No not feet! Very uncomfortable!! Definitely not cool!! Nor convenience!!

The food is incredibly mediocre that’s all you gotta know. I actually think it’s impressive how they managed to make a mockery of spinach dip and cheese sauce. If served on a Bed of shredded lettuce, it’s a bad sign. Also smells like a wet dog when you enter.

Decided to eat here vs the place across the street despite recommendations not to due to the smell. It is a very pungent odor and the best way to describe it is a mix of bleach and maple syrup, as if they used too much bleach and then tried to cover it up with air freshener. Anyway, I sat at the bar, but I'm sure it is not as bad outside so give it a try. It's a typical beach bar and I'd probably go back... but sit outside. The food was great and service was better!
