Nicks is always great. I have yet to have a bad meal here. Food is consistent and staff is always attentive and friendly. They don’t have many tables so recommend going early as they fill up quickly.

Usually don’t leave reviews but this was quite ridiculous, walked in to an open table and the waitress walked over and said we couldn’t sit at that table because it was only two of us. She was very rude and there were other open tables, we left it’s sad when VBPD can’t take a quick lunch break. Disappointing. Other coworkers stopped coming in also sounds like from the same waitress..
A great restaurant with an awesome staff. We went on Friday night and I was super slammed, but the staff did not rush us out and let us enjoy a meal and family time together. They also have awesome milkshakes for afterwards.

Customer service did not exist at all here. Beyond awful for a first time experience. We had come back after 35 minutes of waiting for our food and another 15-20 when we sat at the booth. Not once were we acknowledged, not a single word. We got more than a handful of side eyes but no words “we’ll be with u in just a minute” “your food should be almost done” “let me go check on your food real quick” BASIC customer service….. none of the THREE waiters acknowledged us during that entire time we sat there. Acknowledged everyone but us and the one that took our order was either laughing with the customers next to us or just playing on her phone in the corner. Neither of the two girls in FROMT of us a good portion of the time said anything either. Waiting an HOUR if not more for a frozen burger, frozen chicken and frozen fries was not it.
