DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Only order through the door dash app. Found this out the hard way. They upcharge $3.00 per item for pick up orders through the website, absolutely absurd. I had to ask the girl working to find out you can only order through door dash in order to pick up your food at the regular in-store price, and you can't even call ahead to order apparently. The food here was honestly pretty good but this ridiculous business practice is discouraging me from ever going again.

This place was absolutely awesome, I went in yesterday and I ordered 5 asada tacos, and it was my first time coming here so the girl behind the counter recommended so many things to me and not to mention she was the sweetest lady ever. She was extremely patient with me and she did an awesome job at multitasking. I do speak Spanish and I would say one thing the way the cooks treat her is extremely questionable, I saw her get yelled at in front of so many people and that’s extremely unprofessional behavior. I can tell she was extremely stressed out but she kept her composure unlike the people in the back especially the lady. I would definitely be coming back because the food is amazing but the cooks really need to cut her some slack, her job isn’t easy as most people think. The service industry isn’t easy especially if it’s only one person having to take orders and serve orders.

We called a take out order and didn’t check when picking up, there was part of the order missing and when we called back the lady was trying to make it seem like it was our fault! When picking up the missing part of the order she just threw the food on the counter and walk away. Unbelievable!

Went there for lunch. When we arrived the tables were dirty. There was a rag and cleaning solution on the table. I cleaned out table. We were there a few minutes before anyone greeted us. I wouldn’t call it a restaurant because they just set the food on the counter and we pick it up and take it to our table. Not much of a selection. We ordered tacos. 2/10 at best. The tortillas were stale and the food was just warm. We ordered a Jamaica and horchata. They served it to us with no ice. My Horchata drink was so thick it was like a milkshake I asked if I could exchange it and the girl said no because I already took a drink. There was no sign about there not being any ice or we would have ordered a bottle drink. Save your money and go elsewhere.
