My recent experience at Panera was less than satisfactory and a bit unbelievable. The order presentation lacked proper wrapping, and the dining area was disorganized sticky and dirty, with food debris on tables and floors, and overflowing trash receptacles in both the dining area and restrooms. Zero to no customers service.

This is the most disappointing Panera I’ve experienced in a long time. I placed an order for pick up, when I got home I realized nearly everything in my order was incorrect or missing. My breakfast sandwich was so soggy and squished I didn’t even want to eat it. My hot coffee was missing cream and sugar- not in it nor on the side. How these orders are fulfilled shows the carelessness of the employees and oversight of management.

My husband picked up 2 apple chicken salad to go, for our lunch today. It was loaded with chicken and was a huge salad. We had it for lunch and remainder with our dinner later on. Thanks Panera for such a great salad to go, koodos for you.

Food is not good, there was a hair in my soup and they asked me if I wanted to keep it. The silverware and plates are also not clean. Unfortunately it’s not it, used to love it when I was a kid.
Nice little spot Grabbed some food to go... The food was excellent But the Young Woman taking r order.. Must have not heard us when we asked for r order to Go.. Instead when r name was called to pick up the order they had it in bowls to stay.. No Big Deal But they forgot something from r order... Yeah we should have checked b4 leaving But.....

I had company in town and took them here for quick bite. We sat in the back little room. The service was fabulous and the food was good. There was just weird stuff going on, a homeless guy came in took a Panera bag off of the counter opened it up set it on the table, took a cup out of his bag filled it up and sat there and hung out. And we left out the door off of that room there were some sketchy drug addict people hanging outside there.

Not a good experience, my broccoli and cheddar soup looked old and tasted old. I first noticed the color was off, it's a bit browner than usually, but I shrugged it off. Tasting it I noticed it off, when I looked closer it looked like it was settled or congealed and they stirred it but there were still streaks on the top layer of my soup. I (Didn't take a picture) just took my food to exchange it for bowl of mac and cheese (can't miss that up, right?) Got my bowl and look at it like what? It looked like have cooked in a microwave bad and poured it into my bowl. I was expecting a bowl of cream mac and cheese but got a block of congealed noodle and sauce. I tried one noodle out and spit it out. I just dumped the food and left, I didn't even bother asking for a refund.
