First time eating here. Went for lunch. Food was very good and the service was extremely fast. I like that! Atmosphere was ok, its Panera, its what you would expect, for lunch or fast pick up. Very clean and neat. Nice place, I'll go back there, I recommend if your looking for good food and fast service, this is your place, a little pricey but you're paying for quality. 👍🤗

I love their new grain salad! So delicious and healthy. The self-check at the door has definitely streamlined the ordering process. And the Vero Beach location is ideal for proximity to new Tesla EV chargers across the lot as well as a stop into Bealls. :)

Best strong Dark Roast Coffee! ☕Keniesha always AWESOME smile 🤩and warm welcoming greeting. She remembers what I order each time. Always very friendly and helpful! The salads and Coffee are best ever, as they are always fresh! Maya Makes my salad perfectly! This is a pleasant and happy environment. The free WIFI is always a plus. I Love it also as meeting place even meet strangers that become friends. 👩❤️👩

My recent experience at Panera was less than satisfactory and a bit unbelievable. The order presentation lacked proper wrapping, and the dining area was disorganized sticky and dirty, with food debris on tables and floors, and overflowing trash receptacles in both the dining area and restrooms. Zero to no customers service.
Always fresh food with a variety of choices. Hot coffee is the best.

This is the most disappointing Panera I’ve experienced in a long time. I placed an order for pick up, when I got home I realized nearly everything in my order was incorrect or missing. My breakfast sandwich was so soggy and squished I didn’t even want to eat it. My hot coffee was missing cream and sugar- not in it nor on the side. How these orders are fulfilled shows the carelessness of the employees and oversight of management.

My husband picked up 2 apple chicken salad to go, for our lunch today. It was loaded with chicken and was a huge salad. We had it for lunch and remainder with our dinner later on. Thanks Panera for such a great salad to go, koodos for you.
