Terrible service and terrible soup. This isn’t the first time either that I have gotten bad soup from Panera. It’s a soup, not flavoured water.

I had company in town and took them here for quick bite. We sat in the back little room. The service was fabulous and the food was good. There was just weird stuff going on, a homeless guy came in took a Panera bag off of the counter opened it up set it on the table, took a cup out of his bag filled it up and sat there and hung out. And we left out the door off of that room there were some sketchy drug addict people hanging outside there.

Not a good experience, my broccoli and cheddar soup looked old and tasted old. I first noticed the color was off, it's a bit browner than usually, but I shrugged it off. Tasting it I noticed it off, when I looked closer it looked like it was settled or congealed and they stirred it but there were still streaks on the top layer of my soup. I (Didn't take a picture) just took my food to exchange it for bowl of mac and cheese (can't miss that up, right?) Got my bowl and look at it like what? It looked like have cooked in a microwave bad and poured it into my bowl. I was expecting a bowl of cream mac and cheese but got a block of congealed noodle and sauce. I tried one noodle out and spit it out. I just dumped the food and left, I didn't even bother asking for a refund.

Ugh. Bought a breakfast sandwich which was a dryish white bread bun with an egg and a couple pieces of bacon recklessly slapped together. So not worth the gift card that had been given to me at Christmas to pay for it. Panera is not what it used to be.

Gave an attitude when my to go order was in bowls. I have the receipt saying to go. It also says no mayo. My sandwich was slathered in it.

My family and I ordered several items, and the quality of the food and the service we received were unacceptable.
To begin, the bread served with our meals was cold and extremely stiff. When we brought this to the attention of a staff member, her dismissive response was, "Oh, those are leftovers. We do have new, hot bread." This is a completely unacceptable excuse for serving stale bread to paying customers.
Furthermore, we ordered a hot chocolate and specifically chose the "in-store dining" option. However, we were given a small cup, which did not match the advertised picture. When we pointed this out, the manager, Kaitlin, offered to make a new one with cream on top. While we appreciated the offer, we then witnessed Kaitlin turning away from us and visibly complaining to other staff members. This unprofessional behavior made us uncomfortable, and we were concerned about the possibility of tampering with our drink. Consequently, we chose not to drink the replacement hot chocolate. I expressed my concerns to Kaitlin, and she appeared embarrassed.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. The combination of stale food, dismissive service, and unprofessional behavior from the manager is far below the standards I expect from Panera Bread. We are regular customers, and this incident has seriously damaged our perception of the brand.

I haven't been to Vero in years, happen to be in town for work, this Panera was one of my favorites in the past, the gentleman behind the counter taking orders was rude dismissive and frankly I almost left, I didn't catch his name but he had a salt and pepper goatee and a nyc accent. Did management and or ownership change the location was dirty in comparison to the past. None of the employees even acknowledged the customers. The whole vibe is awful

This has to be one of the worst Panera locations I have been to in terms of cleanliness. I came here on my lunch to get some work done but nearly all the available tables were dirty, and very few had power outlets nearby. There was food all over the floor, and every surface felt grimy like it hadn’t been wiped in some time. I approached the female employee with the septum piercing for help and she was very unfriendly, despite laughing about something with her coworker as I approached. I need somewhere daily to work while I take lunch and was hoping this location would suffice but I will find somewhere else.

$$$$$$$$$ !! Panera has lost their minds with their prices. Lunch for 2 - sandwiches and soup, one green tea and it COST $40. This is fast casual dining where we serve ourself for goodness sake. In this economy why does Panera think customers will tolerate these prices? We won’t be back until Panera comes to their senses and has a better priced menu. Plus their house brand potato chips taste like cardboard and this dining room is always a mess. ?

Rude customer service I asked if I could exchange the soup that was really watery for mac and cheese and a female manager in a red shirt gave me a dirty look and questioned me that I had ate all of it even though the soup bowl was full plain as day. Normally I have good experiences at Panera but this one by far unexpected and unpleasant. Won’t be coming back

It’s Panera….always good and consistent. I would say and never do-not that friendly. I will not go back due to this fact. It’s a people business. Say hi-say thank you! Easy and free.
