We were stuck at a truckstop late at night and ordered Papa John’s. It was the only place open. And I’m surprised to see some negative reviews, but The pizza came quickly and was hot and fresh. We haven’t had Papa John’s in a very long time, And surprisingly, it was very good. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

DELIVERIES BEWARE. If they don't have enough drivers, they will use third-party like doordash who in the presence of your food will be smoking and having dogs running around in their vehicles. Who knows, the dog might have fleas, ect. Thankfully I didn't find any fleas or dog hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.

OK, this doesn’t happen often. I don’t do reviews even though I probably should. The food was Papa John’s, There’s nothing special to right home about it other than the fact that neither me nor my wife felt like cooking tonight.Here’s what stood out… The staff at this Papa Johns was absolutely fantastic. They were happy to be there. They were smiling. They were laughing joking around with each other. It seemed like a very happy work environment and it’s Friday night. They’re cranking out pizzas left, and right clearly the stress level is probably pretty high, but everybody seem to be having a good time and still time to speak with the customers. I worked at Marriott for close to a decade if Marriott ever needs to recruit new people, do it from this Papa Johns hospitality…. off the charts.

Ordered the food online. 1.5hrs later, I call and they "never got my order" although the money was taken out my account and a confirmation email was sent. Had to call a 1-800 number and 30mins later I'm told I will get refunded in 2 days. Never got food, people were rude and not helpful, nor seemed concerned whatsoever. Save your money and go anywhere else.
