Really good BBQ right here in Vero Beach. The brisket is phenomenal, moist, tender and huge flavor. My only gripe is how often they can be out of other items. I guess they sell out everyday!

We used Pepper and Salt BBQ to cater our wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the very beginning, Heather was absolutely amazing. I had a lot of questions about the menu and logistics, and she answered every single one quickly and patiently.
She worked with me every step of the way, helping us create the perfect menu. And most importantly, everyone loved the food!
Planning a wedding is stressful, but Heather and the Pepper and Salt team made the catering part a complete breeze. Five stars!
My family of four was visiting Vero Beach from the Chicago area and I was thrilled to find some fantastic BBQ close by! We tasted almost everything available on the day of our visit and it was all great! Perfect Brisket, delicious pork belly burnt ends, and wonderful pulled pork! The turkey was a pleasant addition as well and the mac and cheese was a delightful bonus side dish!

Overall good food, chopped brisket and pulled pork could have used a bit more flavor like a little rubbed tossed in, needed a litte salt. Portions were very good for the price. Only let down w a place making sides from scratch they are serving prebattered frozen onion rings, that's was a disappointment. Get there early as they run out of certain items like Turkey and chicken early, we were there at 1245 and they were already out of 3 items.

I had a slamburger yesterday and it was everything I’ve ever dreamed of and wanted in a burger my entire life 🤤 when I say I want a hot juicy burger…… that was it. I burned my tongue and I didn’t even care. I will be returning today! Not only that but the first time we visited, I’m pretty sure I got a pulled pork loaded mac and cheese — I genuinely don’t remember what I ordered but it was freaking sublime and I smashed every bite. My husband still talks about the cuban sandwich from that trip too. Yesterday we also got the 3 meat tray with chicken, pulled pork, and the moist brisket plus coleslaw and mac (of course). Once again, it was to die for. So juicy and tender, husband really enjoyed the chicken (bc he’s trying to behave with his food intake) and my 5yo commandeered the coleslaw for his own and ate the whole dang thing. We were all able to eat to satisfaction and it was honestly such a value compared to eating out at other local and franchise restaurants. Yesterday by the grace of God alone we managed to resist the urge to buy the quart sized banana pudding which we had also bought on our first visit…… unreal. We may not have the same tenacity to resist it today and honestly whatever happens happens 😌😌😌😌 thank you guys! Such great food and I love to support a family business that obviously puts so much care into their craft. See you soon!! 🤤🔥
