They won’t get my service anymore came an hour before and they refused my service

Entered, went to counter. Barely heard clerk say something to me, asked if I was taking out or here. Said here, then he got a call on cell...he took the call! I just stood there for a minute or two, then honestly gave him a dirty look. He told the person on phone, he'll call them back. Took my order and I went outside to wait.

Food is great but tonight ordered two 10 combo wings got home and wife’s are correct naked sauce on side mine not so much covered in sauce it was too much for me I ate two that’s why I have the sauce on the side I wasn’t driving back to Vero from Brevard the guy on the phone sounded like he had a bad day or didn’t wanna be there I gave a 5 for the food I count the mishap as service someone not paying attention because the guy who took order did it right was on order slip SIDE

But let's start with the good! Food is always been good, love the aesthetic inside Vero is even a bit classier so is fits the area. And it's localy owned. All in all I want to love the place but the nights are the issue. I arrived around 9:15 on a Friday. Hours say open till 11. But grill has been cleaned, so unless it's fryer you aren't getting it. There's no shakes, and they had already started cleaning inside so we had to get anything we ordered in a Togo box and eat it elsewhere. I understand business cost, staffing and all but it's not like we were 10 minutes before closing. It was well before... And this isn't the first time it's happened. If you can't staff it roll back the hours until you can, if you cannot offer your best experience all hours set the hours so you can. I'd really love to get this 5 stars. We will see.

The food was delicious! I had wings with corn nuggets and it was delicious. For the 10 people that I was with the food came out fast and there was no mess up’s. The cashier and the cook I believe were really nice. 10/10 recommend

Love when you walk in you stick to the floor, worst serve ever and the food was eatable that was it it sucked
This place used to be really good however in the past few months, it’s went incredibly downhill. The last time I was there, we were seated for 20 minutes without being offered anything to drink, and only being given a menu. Mind you it wasn’t that busy. The time before that it took an hour just to get our food and again it was not busy. The atmosphere has gotten worse too. Sad but not a recommend.

Horrible. 0/10 I got served UNDERCOOKED chicken and wasn’t offered any type of refund! Fries were also still frozen in the middle. Its not what it use to be honestly place has gone downhill!

The food was really great! I decided on burgers instead of chicken and got the Philly burger, it was amazing as far as burgers go, fresh, hot, buttered buns! Definitely want to try their chicken next, and the people were so nice, I’m terrible at remembering names unfortunately but the woman I talked to was so polite and personable. Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner, they have waffles n stuff too, I haven’t tried it yet but it’s all on the list. Thank you Phatz!
