This is the 2nd time I've left negative review about the Pizza Hut p/u delivery at 840 us hwy 1 S in Vero Beach Fl. Both times the preparer had no gloves on while preparing my pizza, touching the work station, oven and his body and wiping his hands on his shorts.When I complained to the cashier she said they don't have to wear gloves because it is not pre prepared food. LOL. She said I should contact the Health dept to find out. I don't imagine many people would enjoy seeing this with all the disease going around I'm sure nothing will change still. Steven S

Three cheers to the manager who came in today, found our pizzas had been overlooked and left in the heating oven - so the delivery person had left to make other deliveries. She refunded the charge, made new pizzas and had them sent right out. And THAT is customer service which these days seems not to be heavy on the ground. Cheers to her and Pizza Hut

09/11/25 dude at the counter tried to charge me 2x on the phone before I called him on it. Slurring his words when I got there. Then wouldn’t hand me a receipt. I never write reviews, good or bad but this service sucked so bad I made an exception.

My 89 year old father ordered twice and was severely overcharged both times. $37 for a 14inch pizza with cheese stuffed crust and 8 chicken nuggets. Way overpriced. Management was completely unhelpful. Same as other reviews. We have been loyal Pizza Hut customers for 50 years. Never had this experience until Vero Beach.

So on kuly 15 th 2025 pizza hut was running a 2 personal pan pizza ... I checked my local store in fort pierce were they were currently sold out .. i decided to order from the vero store .. I had placed my order online and waited a while before i left .. arrived at the store still having to wait which wasn't a problem .. got my foood arrived home to find out that they ran out of pan pizzas and gave me to slices in a box not what i ordered at all .. I ordered 4 the max you can get to only be disappointed please check your order before you leave because they never said a word that they were out and teplaced it

Worst pizza. The crust was dry and so hard it couldn’t even be chewed. Toppings were raw and were just thrown anywhere. Cheese was almost nonexistent. Absolutely disgusting pizza

Ordered through the app as I always do. Tn when my order arrived, I find a hair in my food as I’m just starting to eat it’s not mine I have long BROWN HAIR my husband has medium BROWN hair my daughter has long BROWN hair. This hair is short and BLACK. When I called to get a refund because truly lost my appetite they say it wouldn’t be till Thursday when the GM is in and is allowed to issue refunds. So reluctantly I ask to just remake the box and make sure NO HAIRS are in it🤮 and I get RUDELY HUNG UP ON! WOW I am in disbelief!, you’re lucky I didn’t demand my entire order refunded but now I’ll be going to corporate. I’m getting another pizza I don’t even want to eat after the first had a literal hair in it NASTY!
