5 people behind the counter and in the kitchen that we could see. But only 1 person working. 4:00 pm on a Saturday and no chicken cooked. We felt sorry for the only older lady working while 4 others watched.

But there's water 💧 coming from the roof next to the food area.
The cashier maneuver my food around, so no water hit my food.
In fact, they place an empty cup next french fries 🍟holding area to collect the water coming from the roof.

The manager, Terry! He is the best,very friendly and always pleases his customer. Terry has the best customer service.i have been there several times, and the employees were very RUDE.but when Terry is there, he makes sure they treat the customers with respect and kindness. If it wasn't for him being there, I would have stopped going there a long time ago.
