A friend and I ate dinner here for the first time. The service, atmosphere and dinner specials were exceptional. Highly recommend this establishment.

The food turn around from ordering has absolutely gone significantly downhill at this location. The new management claims they reduced the menu to increase and have better turnaround times for the food to come out of the kitchen, but unfortunately, it has gotten much worse. It’s too bad because it’s now not on our top option to frequent this establishment. We certainly hope it can turn around quickly

First, let me start by saying that everyone is correct in their previous reviews about the wait time. It took 15 minutes before someone even said hi, but that wasn't the worst part. I took my girlfriend there for Valentine's Day, expecting a beautiful and lovely dinner. My food came out, and I sat there staring at it for 20 minutes before my date's food arrived. Since when do restaurants bring out one dish 20 minutes before the other plate is ready? This is basic server training and a clear sign of bad management. I was also disappointed that they had a set menu to choose from, rather than their entire menu. You would think this would make the service better and quicker, but it didn't, so what was the point of that?
Now, aside from that, the food was absolutely amazing, even though mine was a little cold by the time I ate it. You won't be disappointed with the flavors and taste of the food. If the service was improved, this place would be fantastic. Given the circumstances, I would expect a full refund because, unfortunately, this did ruin my date. I would love to return and give them a second chance, but that depends on whether I'm contacted by the owner or manager. Additionally, if you're charging over $30 a plate, much better service is expected.

So, I'm guessing most people like it here because of the upbeat atmosphere and the open-air seating inside. We thought it was a cool place with a good selection of drinks. Unfortunately, we thought the food portions were on the smaller side and the price on the higher side. Was not real impressed with the taste of our meals. For the price I would have expected the taste to be much better. Service was spotty at best but everyone that worked there was very nice.

We were at P&V on February 15th. I got the burger as it has always been the best in town. Very disappointed, not the same now. Not sure what they changed. Also the fries are no longer the hand cut type and not very good. Server was not very attentive, did not come back to check drinks, etc. WHAT HAS HAPPENED?

Took forever to get waited on. Finally went to hostess and asked for our assigned waiter who ended up being one of the bartenders since we were in the bar area. Everything took forever as they were very understaffed. I had the pretzel chicken and fried mushrooms which were both really good! Wife had the pizza which was also good! Beautiful place with outdoor covered seating but definitely don’t be in a hurry.

Loved the relaxed outdoor vibe! The brussel sprouts ceaser salad and the cuban were both 5 stars, the French onion soup was 3 stars and the avocado mushrooms were sadly quite disappointing....bland and soggy)-:

Very disappointing tonight. New Management, New menu with increased prices. Over active fan, that cooled food before you could even taste it. Not sure we will be coming back. Managers visiting table never stopped by ours even after we had to send food back for being under cooked.

Was by far the best Cuban sandwich I've had in the last 25 years. Even my son who is a picky eater enjoyed their food. Server was polite, attentive, and personable. One of the best restaurants I've been to in several years. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone.
