Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I always forget how much I love Rita's and then I come across one and fall in love all over again and this is definitely the location to be at!

Beatrice should be praised for her outstanding attitude and friendly demeanor. Rita’s has a valuable and rare employee and I would like to recognize Beatrice as an outstanding employee and wonderful person. Visited 7-18-2025 at approximately 130pm. Vero Beach Mall location.

The frozen custard tasted and looked like frozen whipped cream! Went in the trash can .

I always enjoy stopping in to Ritas after the movies. It is so convenient and more than ample places to sit and never had a line like at other places.
I admit it confusing with the hours. Sunday the mall says its closed at 6pm and sign on door but it was open for Rita's who says they open to 8.

Jennifer, the manager at Rita’s located inside the Indian River Mall was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating.
I placed a large order of soft pretzels and water ice for our Super Bowl party.
My order was ready as promised and very fresh. The young people working were polite and the young man helped me carry everything to my car.
You absolutely can’t go wrong with pretzels and water ice! Check them out !

Drove over 20 minutes to this location, arrived at 5:45. Girl working at counter claims they are closed - online it says they close at 6 - i say this to her and she says “well we closed early today” -i was (almost) a first time customer of this location and being as i will not be returning, i will never be a customer

My wife and I love Rita's but since the moved to the mall they seem to be closed every time. Their last location was open way later

They need to update their hours, because they don’t open or close at the times listed. I gave up trying to go there because I’m tired of driving there just for them to be closed when it says open online. Also, not sure why they changed locations because the mall is just inconvenient. It was in such a good area beforehand, I don’t know why they moved.

So I took my kids to Rita’s Ice Custard and Addison sat there on the stool on her phone instead of doing her job. Once she got up I’m assuming when she felt like giving us service she wasn’t very professional or welcoming. Also she’s not very informative about anything we ordered and u still had to tip smh I will not be taking my kids here again period

I love Rita's but then they moved into the mall. I have no idea why they made that decision. That was the start to the end because now it's really inconvenient.

I’m not gonna lie I love Rita’s but not when they can’t get the hours right on google as well as the website. So apparently you close at 9 I made it about 5 minutes till doors locked I was extremely sad.

Really good ice and custard.
