We have eaten at River Twist many many times. Last night may have been an off night but the staff was unusually unfriendly and curt. The food was fine but was served very slowly and thrown in the table. Absolutely an off night.
Always delicious. A notch above other restaurants. Owner chef and wife work there. Comfortable, welcoming and great menu.
This is an excellent chef owned restaurant. Excellent service, great imaginative food. Quiet where you can actually have a conversation. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Mediocre food Inattentive staff STONE COLD RED WINE Rude manager/owner This is a one and done Overall a very lousy, expensive evening
The service was exceptional, never had to wait for anything, our waitress was as always checking on us. Food was very good and wine list is exceptional.
We had a terrific meal at the River Twist Saturday evening. Although it is not talked about a lot on Social Media, we had heard about it from a Vero Beach neighbor. We were very impressed with the sophisticated presentation and the flavors. My husband ordered the Veal Scallopini. It had a lot of flavor and was presented atop a flavorful salad of tomato, cucumber, onion and greens. The dressing was perfect! I ordered the lamb chops. They came out perfectly cooked and served with a delectable sauce! The interior is electic and a bit shabby chic. The wine by the glass selection is highly limited. There was one Chardonnay and it was $16. All in all, we would highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
My husband and I love and absolutely adore this place. Everything is exquisite 👌

1st time visit. Place is larger than we thought cute decos too. Sat at the bar. Cocktails great. 3 of us. Shrimp. Beef. Fish. All excellent. And hot!!!! 2 desserts 👍👍but forgot that I mentioned it was a Bday dinner when I called for reservation. Would have been fun🤷🏻♀️A new find & we shall return. Easy parking & close to home. Noise level good. Not crowded.

We read very good reviews so wanted to try. The ambience was dark, the decor I assume to be eclectic but actually hodgepodge. The service was ok. the owner/manager and server Brandy were ok We ordered 3 appetizers to evaluate the food. Disappointing. Calamari grilled. NOT Grilled. Served In Thai peanut sauce w fish sauce mix. Rubbery. Beef carpaccio. Not traditional w capers. Olive oil etc. not good. Finally shrimp ceviche sauce not ok needed among other things lime juice In sum. This place has too much on the menu to choose from. W/out delivering quality. They need less ambitious menu and concentrate on items they can deliver w a punch We ll come back when this happens

Service was great. Food and wine delicious! If burrata is an appetizer special, get it. You won't be sorry.

I loved the flavors in each dish. Lots of flavor all melding together. It was really really good.
We spent our 58th Anniversary here and it was FABULOUS. We have already recommended this spot to everyone in our community. Best is our scheduled luncheon for the ladies at the Preserve is scheduled here next month! Thanks again for a memorable night.
