The server, Kevin, was described as amazing, funny, quick, and very nice, making the customer feel very welcome on their first visit in a long time. Another server, Jaylana, was exceptional, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make the customer's first experience wonderful.
However, one customer had a disappointing experience, with their wife's porterhouse steak being mostly fat and gristle, and the customer's rack of baby back ribs coming almost room temperature and dry. The customer hoped this would be their last visit.
In contrast, another customer had a positive experience with their server, Ryan, who made the experience better by helping the customer choose a menu item and ensuring they had everything they needed, including refills and napkins. The food came out quickly and was amazing, leaving the customer eager to return and try something new.
