Manager can’t schedule correctly!! wait is way to long… food comes out over cooked. I’ll in kitchen not changed so food comes out burnt and taste awful old oil taste!! Today it was not busy and only 4 tables with people and the wait is sad. To have food comes out they way it did. I can not go back. This place just keeps disappointing

Went for lunch and my husband walked out of his shoe in the bathroom when it stuck to the floor. Recieved our appetizer and the boneless wings were raw, mozzarella sticks were exploded and the potato skins were luke warm. Needless to say we never made it to our meals. Did I mention the place has a very weird smell to it. Forget about contacting them to say something because the system is automated and runs u in circles no matter if its the location, customer service or corporate.
