Yummy. Only open 4 hours a day but try to make it here, the food is amazing. Especially the babaganoush

It is always telling to me when a business can be open only for lunch 6 days a week. Food was delicious! Everything had great flavors and the portion sizes were perfect. We tried falafel, salmon, lentil soup and hummus. All was delicious and we would definitely go back. Highly recommended. The outdoor seating looked comfy, but too hot today. Service was excellent as well.

Yum! What a wonderful place for lunch. The falafel wrap was Moist and tasty. The gyro was on a wonderful thick folded pita. Their Belgium Brownie and date Maamoul for dessert were also delicious. Our server, Haley, was delightful and attentive. Food at other tables looked great as well. We will be back!

We come here all the time for their many vegan options including a large variety of vegan baked goods. Very fair prices as well.

Happened upon this restaurant while in the area, and I'm so glad that we did!We had the chicken and mushrooms, the sampler platter, and the yogurt (labneh) appetizer. Everything came out fresh from the kitchen, SO flavorful, and filling. They have daily specials, so the chicken and sampler were $2 off.We also couldn't help but try the Turkish coffee and desserts (baklava, semolina cake, and vegan pistachio cake). Seriously, I'll be dreaming of this place until I have a chance to visit again ?

This halal cafe is superb. The absolute finest that I have been to in this country and abroad. We have been to many in multiple states and overseas. Top notch staff, extremely clean and detailed service. A must for all who crave delectable foods and desserts. Vegan and GF options. We were on a cross country trip from Wisconsin. Loved it!

Amazing food, incredible deserts, great service. They are gluten and dairy friendly which is rare to find in this area. The carrot cake is incredible.

Shittiest Mediterrinean bowl I ever ate... not worth $14... duh !!! Save ur money & go look for other options in town. When asked for extra sauce, they wanted to charge $1 for a tiny little sauce, which I don't think any restaurant would charge that, Esp when you serving a bowl full of rice, very lil portion of protein.... My husband ordered a Chicken Shawarma wrap & the meat is little, was the tiniest greek wrap we ever had... Food was meh.. Not going again !!!

I was really hoping to like this place since I love Mediterranean food, but sadly this didn't hit the mark. I ordered the carmelized cauliflower which turned out to be just fried and super greasy. I also ordered a fatoush salad which I couldn't eat because the taste was so over powered by pomegranite syrup. On top of it, we waited over 30 minutes for our food while other tables came in after us and had their meals well before us. When I asked about our order I was told that they had a big take out order to fill first. Come on! I ordered a freaking salad. I'll not be returning.

Sammy's is only open for lunch. That's the "bad news". The good news is that my first visit to this Mediterranean restaurant exceeded my expectations. The layout is open with tables and booths comfortably spaced apart. It was clean, orderly and decor was minimal. Outdoor seating is offered too. The menu is diverse and there are daily specials. From wild salmon entrees to wraps and salads, there is plenty to choose from. I went with the falafel wrap special ($5.95) Crispy falafel balls with lettuce, tomato, pickle and tahini sauce rolled tightly in a pita wrap. The pickles were a tasty surprise against the crisp coating over moist falafel. The tahini sauce was ample and not overwhelming. I accompanied the wrap with a cup of vegetable chili ($5). A delicious rich base with diced pieces of vegetables and kidney beans. Excellent. I was tempted by the dessert display case but I rain-checked a selection for my next guaranteed return.

Really a great find. Fantastic hummus and great gyros. Nice people. Very good experience. Wife had a Mediterranean rice bowl and loved it. Got hummus to go for later. Fantastic!

I'd offer zero, but that functionality wasn't available for this review.A few weeks ago, I stopped in to this establishment for the first time, excited about the prospect of having some decent Mediterranean faire in Vero Beach. The young lady at the counter was pleasant and I placed my order. I ordered the chicken gyro, side salad and a fountain drink, which totaled over $15+. Additionally, I left a $2.00 tip since it was mostly self service. The gyro arrived and it lacked enough tzatziki for my liking. I returned to the counter and encountered a gentleman this time and I informed him that the gyro was dry and needed additional sauce. This "person" proceeded to inform me that "they always put lots of tzatziki sauce on their gyros" Well, clearly not enough for me and proceeded to try and charge me $1.00 for additional sauce (lucky if measured 1/2 a teaspoon) not to mention wanting to argue the point .Keep in mind, I'm the customer, you need to be kissing my a$$, not the other way around. You lost a first and last time customer and degraded my customer service experience.
