It was wonderful! I will definitely be back. I have been hearing about how wonderful their food is forever! It is intimate and cozy and it is my new favorite restaurant!
The food was good. I wish the service had been better.
Amazing food amazing service
The food was quite good. We had the shrimp and scallop special, salmon special, lobster canelones, and Bolognese for entrees. The salmon was very good. Calamari, bruschetta and escargot for apps. Calamari was cooked perfectly and the bruschetta was delicious, but the escargot was not what I expected and wasn't my favorite. We had to sit outside and the flies were terrible. The poor table next to us was absolutely infested. There needs to be lanterns or zappers or something.
My son took me here for my birthday. Food was ssoooo good . Table service over and above. Definitely another visit.
Best Italian meal I've had outside NYC or actual Italy! It is best to get a reservation, but truly, you can not go wrong here, and every waiter I've had is knowledgeable, with great recommendations and a sense of humor. We love the shrimp scampi, the chicken français, and the arrabiatta. All the seafood options are fresh. If you can save room after the delicious bits of garlic bread, make sure you get the lemon marscapone cake or the tiramisu! Wine selections are lovely, and the cocktails are perfection. Highly recommend.
We arrived in Vero Beach last evening for a meeting today, we hadn't had dinner and the hotel recommended the Scampi...nice atmosphere, quick service and mostly shrimp on the menu. They did have a triple tail fish special that sounded good so I ordered that. The server went in with the order and in less than 1 minute, out came the fish....how could this be freshly cooked? I was hungry so I ate it, but clearly this had been sitting for some time, the fish was mushy and over cooked, the pasta was some remnant of broken soft overdone angel hair. When the server finally returned I told her this and she immediately offer free deserts, etc, knowing full well what had happened, and then the bill, $46 for this unsavory dish....wow, no returns for us.
Don't often give 5 stars across the board but - excellent food, simple as that. Have eaten here many times and it's always consistent. Salads are fresh and we like the calamari and eggplant appetizers. Sauces rich and packed with flavor - yet still seem light and don't overpower. I like the veal and namesake scampi dish (with jumbo shrimp) - excellent. The pan seared fish also good - Pompano, Snapper and Tripletail (fish I don't normally cook at home). I also like that you can choose your sauce - or ask to minimize to better taste the fish itself.

Was nice inside and the food was good for Italian food. I payed in cash with my wife and 2 children. The portions are pretty small for what you pay though and that is the reason for 3 stars, otherwise wouldve been 4-5 stars. My wife had the chicken Francese and my daughter had the kids chicken Alfredo, they were almost identical in size but my wife's is twice the price. I have never been to an Italian restaurant and seen them skimp out on food, which I was surprised to see since pasta is so cheap even if you make it in house. I'll prob return unless somewhere else is just as good and doesn't skimp on pasta.
Our server, Juan, was excellent. The food was outstanding. I wish this place was open for lunch.

We love this place!
If you’re in the mood for a great Italian cuisine, make a reservation! They often have early bird specials and a creative “daily specials” menu.
Of course, the standard menu offers many options you are sure to enjoy!

We visited Scampi Grill on a Saturday evening in August. We made our reservation online for 7:00pm. We arrived at 6:40pm and the Host did not show our reservation in their system. No worries, without hesitation he kindly escorted us directly to our seats. What a charming restaurant it is! The ambiance was exactly what we were seeking for celebrating our Anniversary. Our server was Hope and she was amazing! Her memorized menu selections were super helpful along with information pertaining to my gluten free and dairy free limitations. She also recommended a wine pairing for the meal that turned out to be just as delicious as our meals! Her service was impeccable! Thank you Scampi Grill and Hope for pleasantly surprising us with your welcoming charm! We will be back again for sure.
Dietary restrictions: One of our meals needed to be gluten free/ dairy free and was pleased the Chef was able to make Shrimp Scampi both gluten and dairy free. It was delicious and no reactions. Kudos to the Chef!

The food is phenomenal!!! The caprese salad is fresh, the calamari was honestly the best I've ever had! Our table had the lasagna, veal Piccata, and the swordfish with angel hair. Best dinner I've had in a long time! Well worth the price! The lemoncella martini and sangria were both great. Lorraine was our server - she was friendly, helpful, and took great care of our table! Will definitely be back!!!
