The food I ordered was all dried out cheeseburger. I wasn't happy but love their shakes!

We did walk up service. Sat outside at the tables and ordered for 5 adults and 4 children. The service was excellent. Above and beyond. Our order was correct and the food came quickly. Definitely will return. I could say so many good things about this particular Sonic but you really need to go see for yourself, they are truly an awesome bunch.

Corn dog was so burnt that it split open and was charred and forgot the cheese to my pretzel.
There's this one girl that is extremely rude every time I go there and I never get a straw with my drink when she serves me. It happens multiple times and she's always the slowest car hop because she has to keep going back because she forgets things. This does not reflect well on the restaurant that normally does a good job

Just Doordashed from this place I didn’t get any syrup with the French toast stick no mustard with the pretzel and my sprite drink is flat. Garbage service. Garbage food. Waste of money.

Placed a mobile order for a drink and a slushie. Checked in at the kiosk. 15 minutes goes by and still no drinks. Pushed the button to see what was going on and was told that even when you check in at the kiosk, you still need to push the red button to say you're there because it doesn't register inside. Nowhere does it state to to that in the app. Ended up with melted slushie and watered down drink since they had apparently been sitting ready. Do better Sonic and update the app to give clear instructions on how to pick up the order. I've never had to push the red button at other locations so this was completely new to me.

I'm literally mind blown at this point I went to get ice cream after dinner with my daughter and a young man came outside with his apron, sagging and his pants sagging. I used to work for sonic. I know that that is not proper attire.
He handed me my ice cream and milkshake and didn't give me my change and just walked away. Granted, it was only a couple dollars, but not the point I normally tip, but I will never tip him. Because how dare you assume that it was yours to keep? I have been in customer service for many years, and I would have been fired for this a long time ago if I tried this at any restaurant this is unacceptable.

Around 9:40 me and my husband were here and we tried to order I waited like 10 minutes, they never answered so we went to another ordering station and we there for 10 minutes and they never answered there either, there was a worker dancing around inside. Also quite a few of there ordering menu are down. All we wanted was shakes.

The people who work here are incompetent and lack basic reading skills. The people that work here will only be good enough to serve fast food for a career and even then they will still lack the basic fundamentals of reading comprehension and following directions. Will never order here again.
Broken order boards, dirty parking lot, server used my car as a backstop for her roller skating, took more minuets than dollars for my order, then it was the wrong order given to me. Pressed button again and girl came out and said NOTHING, just took food back and went inside where I was left waiting again. Its just bad employees, hands down.

I got off a late shift and was really hungry everywhere but sonic and Taco Bell were open I decided sonic, pulled up pressed the button waiting for 15 minutes and saw 2 girls walking around inside with headsets on but didn’t answer I said hello, and excuse me a few times still no answer. I wasn’t the the only person there people pulled up after me and they waited too it was so ridiculous, i just left. I understand closing time but even if a customer comes 20 minutes before closing you shouldn't be ignoring customers because you wanna close especially if there is multiple waiting.

We're shocked to see the employees on roller. Skates, it must only be a Florida thing because every other sonic I've been to. They're not on roller skates, they can actually consider them a hazard or liability.
