The food is consistently good. My only complaint is that they no longer offer sauerkraut. That's a pretty basic topping for a hot dog, no? The hot dogs are really very good, though. Also, I really like the soft pretzel, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and burgers. I really can't think of a bad item on the menu. Also, the staff is always pleasant and friendly.

Employees were very nice. The food was horrible though. Chili Dog, tator tots, pickle fries were cold and tasted old. The only thing I ate while I was there sitting at an outside table was a soft pretzel. It wasn't warm but it still tasted good. I bagged everything else up and brought it home in hopes of hearting it up in my Air fryer, but non of it tasted good so I thru most of my order away.I ordered a rootbeer float and the rootbeer didn't have any syrup, it was brown carbonated water basically. I did send that back in exchange for a cherry limeade and it was ok. I own a Restaurant/Bar and I understand that mistakes are gonna happen, but this place definitely needs to be tightened up. The only positive thing I can say is the staff I interacted with was pleasant. All of the items were packed sloppy as well. Sonic is such a good concept mimicking the 50s Car hop. The experience would be alot better if they tightened up in the kitchen. I doubt very seriously I'll go back.
Parking: A few of the menu/ microphone to place my order were broken so I had to back up and go look for one that worked.

I sat there for over 30 mins and everyone around me pulled in & out within 5-10 minutes but me? Hah that’s funny, I kept clicking the button and nothing. I guess I’ll take my business somewhere else.

stopped to grab some food after working all night and it was the Worst cheese fries ever.. If I wasn't so tired when I got home and seen them I definitely would've went back and got my $6.50 back for their 18 fries with a slice of cheese melted on top of cold soggy fries.. Never again.. Not even the right kinda cheese.. and they were open for another 4 hours.. SMH also ordered a milkshake with no whipped cream and they gave me none other than whipped cream

If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would waited over 30 minutes for food with no one else in the parking lot to have ice cold food served to me I’ve never had kids serve such horrible food with even worse service but than again sonic was one of my first jobs and I guess we all have a first day somewhere lol on top of it all I didn’t even get the right food I have never been so entertained

Wow! First & last time! The service was terrible. Food was over cooked and could not get the server to help. 4 drinks 1 straw and my wife tried to get some ketchup, napkins and straws. Server acted like we were not even there.

Their food is consistent in quality and they offer some great snack and treat items not available many places. I'm a hotdog lover and enjoy the New York Dog and Chili dogs the most!
Parking: Most order from their car or app on your phone. There are tables outside with an order screen, however, in a covered area that is normally clean.
missing 1/3 of my food, unresponsive for days, food I did get was cold
Edit: per owner’s response I reached out. Have emailed and called several times times with no resolution. They waited several days to offer to remake the food and said it was the only thing they could do, but I am out of state. No other solution given.

Waited over 30 minutes for some popcorn chicken one order and a small milkshake people that pulled in after me got 3 big bags of food so I went inside asked for a refund said I couldn’t be inside waited in my car lady said I already paid which I know and left a tip only came out wit a milkshake I said I wanted my. Money back then she went inside and I guess a manager came out saying it’s only them which I could get if it gets busy but 30 mins for a small order one milkshake tater tots and popcorn chicken and seeing people leave wit 3 big bags next to me an I got there first doesn’t add up I just told her I want my money back the lady said but I upped your order an this an that so I just took it making it seem like money back isn’t an option popcorn chicken taste like rubber overcooked poor management skills thought I could stop in for a nice little fast food order worst decision ever
