$24 for 2 footlong Chile cheese dogs &2 small shakes! Just too expensive, we've had better @Sams club! Not coming back, not fast food but crap food!!!

Explain why is takes 20 mins for a slushy! Then pay with a 50 dollar bill for her to look at you and say I have to see if it is real. Mins later comes back with change for a 20 dollar bill. So you have to say I gave you a 50. No you didn't I will have to get the manager. Then best part manager walked outside waved then got in the car and left. REALLY that is how the managers work. She finally brought the correct change. So your employees try to steal from customers and there managers don't do there job. You know your locals are the people that keep your business open.

One of the dirtiest Sonic I have been to. Poor customer service along with poor quality food and smell makes it a one stop and never again.

Tenders where fresh but when I bit into it tasted like rubber I asked for a blood orange slushy got lemonade instead so they remade it for me and it tasted water down waste of 30 dollars

Pressed the button and waited several minutes. No answer. Repeated this process four times, and a guy who sounded as high as a kite finally answered. Ordered a burger and corn dog, and I had to repeat the second item because he couldn’t remember it was a corn dog. Waited nearly 30 minutes. Screen finally said the order was on its way, but nobody came. Had to go through the whole pressing the button again to ask where my food was and got some garbled explanation about their screens? Finally got my food. It looked like slop and was cold. Sad. Sonic used to be so good. Wish I didn’t give a tip. Won’t go back.

First, service is horrible, they will never acknowledge you.

I ordered on app while sitting in a stall, waited for 30 min in my drive up spot, trying to get attention. My order then updated as delivered, obviously not, waited by door for 5 min, they would use the other side door to avoid me. So I opened it, just to get acknowedged, and the staff started screaming at me angrily at the top of their lungs to get out, and close the door. When they were done playing on their phone forever, laughing and showing each others phones to coworkers. Eventually someone came out to talk to me with stern look, speaking very short with me. Showed them the order showing complete but wasn't. He went inside, disappeared for a while outside view of the windows, then grabbed it off the counter clearly sitting there being ignored by the servers. He brought it out, didn't offer to help me to car, and as I fumbling to try and get two bags and two drinks off he pulled the tray out and ran back into the building i barely caught the falling bag as he rushed dropping the tray to his side and letting it fall. It was stone cold food, half melted slush. Obviously just had been sitting there on the counter the whole time I was waiting for any staff to acknowledge me persistence to get anyones attention away from their cellphones.

The strawberry slush is great at Sonic, but this location is lazy, strawberry syrup all on the bottom, and clear slush on top, not even a attempt to mix or stir. I couldn't stir it with their cheap straws that crack, so had to wait till home and let it just keep melting more than it already had from sitting on the counter forever.

The coney dogs were burnt on the ends, sloppy made and put on regular buns not the normal coney dogs buns, so the buns only fit half of the hotdogs. No onions on it as ordered.

It was so bad, that i would have done something I normally never ever do and ask for a redo or refund. But was afraid interrupting this group of clearly angry workers that dont appreciate haveing to work instead of playing on their cellphones was not worth it, and waiting another 45 minutes to be acknowledged wasn't time I had. So shame on me for trying your Sonic, won't be back.

I get you work fast food, not the best job, but screaming at customers before they even open their mouth, purposely avoiding customers, pushing the button you delivered the food but didn't to beat your clock then forgetting about it. Not giving a care in the world when you have to make something either way and might as well do it right, is just a lack of basic dignity in life.

We did walk up service. Sat outside at the tables and ordered for 5 adults and 4 children. The service was excellent. Above and beyond. Our order was correct and the food came quickly. Definitely will return. I could say so many good things about this particular Sonic but you really need to go see for yourself, they are truly an awesome bunch.

There's this one girl that is extremely rude every time I go there and I never get a straw with my drink when she serves me. It happens multiple times and she's always the slowest car hop because she has to keep going back because she forgets things. This does not reflect well on the restaurant that normally does a good job
