Absolute terrible service. Our waitress was having a terrible day. An older gentleman was behind us and asked for a suggestion on what to eat and her reply “idk what you want to eat” she had attitude with us to but the lack of compassion she showed him broke my heart. Being a waitress is about serving others. I suggest a morning huddle before starting the day. If you don’t want to be there and don’t love to serve go home. Sonny would be disappointed!!!!!!!

We drove 110 miles round trip. To get some Sonny's goodness to go. We let them know we were coming from Stuart. (2) Family packs all packed up nice and neat for the trip. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Better smoky flavor than I could ever remember from the Stuart location.

Yesterday, I had a strong craving for a Sonny’s salad and even hyped it up to a friend on the phone, insisting they needed to try it. After picking it up and getting ready to eat (dressing already applied, after driving 30 minutes to get home) I realized there were no onion crisps and no chicken on the salad (which I had hoped might be hidden under the other toppings). I called the restaurant to inform them, the woman on the phone reassured me, “No problem, we’ll place an order and fix it at no charge.” Even though I offered to pay for it myself since I really wanted the food, she insisted that I shouldn't worry about it. I expressed my appreciation, especially since I’m currently in school and any savings is great.
I headed back to the restaurant to pick up my food, but to my dismay, she only handed me grilled chicken. I wish this were a joke. She gave me grilled chicken to add to a salad that had been sitting for at least an hour, already drenched in dressing (thank goodness I didn't toss but instead brought it in the car to show it to staff so they knew I wasn't lying, by the way she never asked to see it). I thanked her and left, not wanting to cause any trouble, but I immediately told my friend never to come to this place, as I was truly devastated.
I had already been feeling down due to the passing of a friend, so this incident felt like the final straw. Legit made my already horrible day worse. Given that I’m a student navigating the challenges of inflation, spending $20 on a soggy, inedible salad was incredibly frustrating. I won’t be returning and will warn others until things improve.

Was very disapointed in my food my fries looked they were a week old and dried out they tasted like it to my sandwich was ok this is the first time I ever got a bad meal at Sonys
First time was recommended from a friend highly recommend the dry rub ribs, baby back or very fatty. Banana pudding delicious

If you order a grilled chicken sandwich, be sure to check it before you leave the store. The kitchen consistently leaves off the toppings (tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickles). Has happened 3 times in one week. Update: after multiple complaints to management, this problem cannot be fixed. Happened again today.

We enjoyed their BBQ. They also allowed my husband to buy meat by the half or full pound. Service was quick. Only thing I would change is make the green beans side out of fresh green beans, not canned or frozen.
