Wonderful takeout
Great little secret of Vero Beach area serving great Greek food. My wife and I shared the spanakopita (spinach pie) as an appetizer and should’ve stopped there because I was actually full, but because it tasted so good we finished that off right away.
Then on to the main course, I ordered the Gyro Greek Platter which had at least twice as much meat as what is shown in the online picture. Plenty of pita bread and large heaping pile of french fries I thought about ordering the lemon potatoes, and I will definitely do that next time!
My wife ordered the Athenian with roasted eggplant & mushrooms - Wow, needless to say was outstanding!
Plenty of take home food and no room for dessert, maybe I’ll try the baklava next time!

Way overrated. The lunch we had was very disappointing. Tables too close. Confused servers. The hummus was fine but the gyro was totally bland. The Greek burger was inedible. And it took about 2 hours.

Arrived to pickup up takeout order at appointed time, was told it would be 5 minutes. 30 minutes later asked about the order and they appear to have just blown it off. 20 minutes later they decide they have no gyro meat. This is the second time they've effed me, will not return, will recommend against to anyone who will stand still long enough to hear it.

GO HERE …. It’s sooooo DELICIOUS…. Came from Jensen Beach for a nice dinner before the theater and decided to try Spiro’s. This restaurant is in a strip mall so I was apprehensive because it’s nothing fancy at all. WOW I’m so glad I came. The flamed Greek cheese for appetizers was sooooo very good ? with soft pita bread. Yummy. For dinner was a delicious cold crisp Greek salad with light amazing dressing then the famous Gyro. The best ever. Super fresh pita wrap and Meat was so tender it melted in your mouth. I was sooooo full but I can’t wait to come back to try other things . PS- they serve wine ?

Food was delicious except for a rotten tomato in my salad, a table seated after us was served first it seemed to take forever to get a gyro and greek salad nothing unusual ordered. Still everything was delicious and our server was very busy but nice. So not a perfect visit but we definitely will be back.

The food was very good and the service as well. The atmosphere was basic which is fine as long as you don't have expectations BUT we ordered a glass of the house cabernet sauvignon and were charged $13! We were served Broadside which costs $45 a bottle at Sprio's and the other cabernet and "red" wine choices were also $45 or $48. Soooo a surprise to say the least. Usually in restaurants when you order "house" cabernet you get their choice for a reasonably priced but decent cab. Out of the ordinary to have a reasonably priced restaurant and then get gouged by wanting a glass of reasonably priced cab .
Parking: Easy parking out front.

We stopped in for lunch because of its great rating. The atmosphere is attractive and clean. There is seating indoors and out. Unfortunately, I sat on one of the benches which was uncomfortably high compared to the chairs and my legs were squeezed by the table. Both of us ordered gyros. Mine was Greek and she got the Falafel. Mine was ok, but I’ve had better. The side salad was adequate but I’m not a fan of breaded fries. The service was good enough but I don’t think we’re coming back.

I found the falafel to be extremely bland.
Disappointed and surprised that they don’t carry tahini sauce….never had a falafel without it. Waitress was very nice!
