Got there exactly 2 minutes early to pick up my mobile order and a large white male gave me a whole speech of how I need to follow their app and pick up my order when the app says it’s ready. Mind you, I spend at least $250 a month at this location. Sometimes they have it ready early which is why I arrived 2 mins early, just incase it was. 12/18/25

Most times the drink is consistent and the workers are kind. The drive thru can be rough to navigate but overall a good experience.

This morning I put in a mobile order for starbucks! I usually go there every Friday. I’m the one who puts mobile orders when I’m closer to the store because it has happened that they make it early and have my drink melting. Today I did order with time because i had to be at work early and literally for NO REASON BECAUSE I WAS LATE ANYWAYS THANKS TO STARBUCKS and my drink was melted!!! This girl black short curly hair was in front with my drink next to her pretending to be doing stuff and waiting for my croissant. I saw the drink and thought “i hope is not my drink as it is melting” well she waited to tell me it was my drink!!! And then she hands it to me and I was so upset that I told her this drink is literally melted, it was just sitting there this whole time???? I was so upset. Also , there’s short guy, black hair, and every time I go he has the most grumpy face you can think of, has no manners, and was on his phone the entire time! If you guys dont like costumer service maybe it is time to get another job? You guys needs to hire more efficient people !

This is my favorite Starbucks in Vero. I always order ahead for mobile pickup, and every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile. Since I usually stop by before work, they always make a point to tell me to have a great shift. Their kindness truly makes my mornings.

The straw she gave me at first was broken when I opened it from packaging then the second one which you see in the pic is also broken… I don’t know what’s going on but please stop using the old straws for customers that are ready to break plastic.

This Starbucks is sooooo nice. I don't usually like to sit in the shop itself to enjoy my coffee, but the seats are so comfortable and the lighting is so perfect to relax and do some work on your computer if needed.

Incredible experience.
The store manager, Tati, remembers my name even if I only visit a few times a week. I’ve seen her do the same for other customers, and that personal touch is something I have never (and I mean never) experienced at any other Starbucks. I travel a lot for work and have visited countless coffee shops, including many Starbucks locations, so when I say this has been the best coffee shop experience, I truly mean it.

Tati leads by example in a way that is genuinely inspiring. She is the one mopping the floors, cleaning the windows, asking customers how they are doing, and offering a cup of water or a free coffee refill. Her work ethic and customer service is exceptional and feels genuine.

I have led many different teams in other industries, so I understand the challenge of managing different personalities and keeping morale high. Even though I have not worked in a coffee shop myself, I know how fast-paced they are. Somehow, Tati makes the environment feel calm, welcoming, and comfortable, and I can work here for hours at a time because of it.

I’ve also noticed that some customers who come in can be a bit unusual or even difficult to deal with (common in Vero Beach), yet Tati handles every situation with remarkable patience and professionalism. For example, one day there was a customer whose behavior was a bit unsettling, but Tati remained calm, kind, and in control. She can’t control who walks through the door, but she can control the atmosphere, and she does it beautifully.

Not every employee matches her enthusiasm, but a few do, and it is clear they have been inspired by her example. If you are looking for a Starbucks with outstanding service, a warm community feel, and a manager who goes above and beyond, this is the one.

WOW cannot believe how incredibly rude your store manager is. I am a regular and have seen her be abrasive to customers before but it has honestly gotten out of hand, please get her some classes or training. Not even just from the perspective of how unprofessional she is to customers, but as another human being talking to other human beings. How does she feel comfortable talking to people the way she does ? I can’t even imagine how she talks to staff. She is a black woman with black hair. Will honestly just make the drive out to ft pierce rather than watch her berate customers every other time I come in.

Was yelled at by a shift supervisor/manager for asking for a drink to be remade. She has been rude in the past, but I've brushed it off because I understand working with the public is so frustrating. However, I felt as though she really crossed the line by yelling. I asked for a drink to be remade, I was not rude or abrasive. I even asked if they could just make me a bit more matcha for me to just put into my drink rather than completely remaking it. This was on June 23, before Starbucks began up charging for matcha as well. So I was not asking for free extra matcha, at the time it was free to add extra scoops. The barista had no issue with my request and had asked the supervisors/manager for a question regarding how to ring it up. It was a black woman with dark hair, I did not catch her name. The woman began yelling at me, it was aggressive and uncalled for her. I was not rude to her or the barista. I truly cannot believe she would yell at a person like that, uncalled for and rather rude. She refused to remake my drink, despite Starbucks policy.

I always love paying $6+ for a drink for it to be 90% ice and gone in 8 sips

No stars just coal. This was the Starbucks experience was traumatic, embarrassing & humiliating. Sister and I took mom out for breakfast and before we went to mom’s next surprise, we stopped at Starbucks to get some water from mom to take her pills. When we arrived in the store and asked for water, we were greeted by one of the clerks, and she was going to give us the water, but the manager Mayhoo we don’t give water you have to buy something. We went outside to sit down, but prior to going outside. A young woman asked us what happened and we told her. And she was able to get water from mom to take her medicine while we sat outside. We were outside three officers with guns and Mayhoe the Fake Manger told us we have to leave with the 3 armed gun officers escorted us from the outside premises, mom, that’s in a wheelchair. Oxygen tank was so upset so embarrassed so disheartened. is this how we treat our customers Starbucks? So sad, Starbucks, Vero Beach US 1 Publix shopping center. If you go to the Starbucks, tell them how you felt about treating a senior citizen woman with a oxygen tank In a wheelchair, calling three police officers with guns to exhorter from the premises.
