Horrible customer service. I go to Starbucks at least 3x per week. They took forever with the order and also got it wrong.

I come to this location because it's close, but they have way too many teenagers working here. Just this morning à lady from the source I know her and she asked them if they were hiring and one of the young baristas Sandra laughed at her and another one was rude and I don't think so. There is a red head that also works there and shes not nice either. If you ask for water she acts like you're not good enough to be here. There's quite a few in Starbucks that act all high and mighty. It's discrimination. Tatiana the manager would not be happy.

I put in a mobile order tonight right before pulling up to the Starbucks drive through on 12th Street and us1, with no cars in line to pick up the drink. When I rolled up to the window, a younger black hair barista rudely approached me and said that I needed to wait 5 minutes next time before picking up my mobile order. Never have I heard of this policy in the many times I put in mobile orders at this Starbucks. I only put in the mobile order to make it easier for the baristas to receive my complicated order. I will take my business elsewhere next time because of this incredibly rude service.
So I have been ordering a small hot water with a shot of lemonade in it more then a couple of times now I could see if I only ordered it one or two tomes but I have ordered it also from different people including the store manager and all times I have gotten charged 60 cents well, i went today to purchase it again the shift leader Becci said she had to charge me for a tea I said how come eveyone has charged me the same amount for over 2 weeks now including the store manager she said she doesn’t know but I was charged wrong she has always been told to charge the full price for a tea !! I just want to know why is there no consistency at this store it happens a lot !! I mean I do order a lot more there and go there a lot so I don’t know what the difference is today !! This isn’t the first time this has happened with her also one other time we came in to get a coffee and it was made wrong yes it was close to closing times but still we paid for several coffees and they were made wrong we didn’t want americano we wanted a coffee and I was told it was close to closing so they don’t make no more coffee and there is nothing she can do about it !! But if we ask for a pike coffee and can’t get it she should of told us we have to do ameicano plus it tasted like pure hot water !! So I will find another place to get my coffee and hot water with lemon !!!

This location is hit or miss good/bad. Sometimes they will get your order right. Sometimes they get it wrong and are apologetic and then make it right. Sometimes you get a teenager with an attitude who gives you half a coffee that you paid $8 for because they are pissed off that you pointed out that it wasn't what you ordered. Not consistent, I'm pretty much over it after giving many chances ? .
Had to edit because now I see there are also chunks of god knows what in the bottom of my drink. Ew, this is disgusting.

?AVOID? Management allows a large, UNLEASHED, Cane Corso with spiked collar to roam freely throughout the establishment. Highly intimidating dog who could EASILY inflict serious harm. When management was confronted they stated it was ok, the dog is friendly.

Rude. Went to pick up online order for Butter croissant. Asked the staff, she ignored and said it was not ready. It took 12 minutes for just one croissant because it was actually ready but left at the drive thru section. Disappointed.
