It's impossible to get a consistent cup of coffee at this place. I have the most simple order and it is messed up every day. I don't know how this location stays in business. Go to the Target down the road, the employees there get the orders right.

Worst Starbucks in Vero

Nice place, wasn't many customers but good amount of employees. It took longer than I thought to get my coffee and I couldn't drink it because I asked for oatmilk and they gave me whole milk. Impressed by the atmosphere, but kinda let down by the rest. Could just be an off day, everyone has em.

Brittany was SOOOOO awesome!!! My husband and I are rewards members that work delivery 🚚 services & believe it or not there wasn't a Starbucks in sight all day... So finally it's end of the work day, we call over here for our update on red ♥️ cup day inventory and of course they're almost gone 😕. She comes out with the best suggestion to go ahead and put our order through the app AND she'd keep an eye out for it. We come to pickup sure enough she had both in a bag with our steaming fresh hot creme brulee lattes!!! Between the holiday flavors, customer service above and beyond this location never disappoints and if there is they're always quick to fix. 😊 The smallest things bring light to people's lives don't stop being AWESOME!!!

Coffee is always made perfectly! All the Baristas are always so friendly and helpful. Emily is so sweet and accommodating and Ralph has the best customer service I've ever received at any retail or food service, He is so personable. The whole crew really make going to this location worth the 30 minute drive from my house.

The manager was extremely nosey about everything, we are a custumer, we pay and gave him a tip yet he kept circling around us giving complains when I had to get ready for a long trip south. First he complains my kid is still in beach wear, then I get him a shirt go sit on the table I rub my eyes out of tiredness he comes back to us saying I am sleeping I can't sleep, then my grandpa goes outside to the parking lot to smoke a cigarette this man gets out of the store chasing him to ask him to not smoke his cigarette rudely sneaking louder whilst my grandpa is on the phone with someone. Then comes back in sees my portable charger and says I'm vaping in the store and told us to leave. Seriously I really hope all the family businesses are thriving because aside them you have small corporate places like these for the towns economy and it's not a good sign to have a man being a pest after services where paid for plus tip. This is only towards the manager the baristas where great

The best on so many fronts. First, the staff members are excellent and professional. Second, consistency in the drink. My caramel macchiato has tasted the exact same every time at this location. If you are going to spend $6.+ on coffee it better be heavenly every time, and that it is 100%. Back to the staff. I apologize I do not know their names but there is a young girl with flower/ivy tattoos on her arm that works here. She deserves a serious raise or a job managing high end whatever, and there is a gentleman who has a big smile and is always super kind like out of this world kind. There is at times a long wait but it is worth it because Starbucks has time down to a science and it goes fast. Get the App because you will save money and you will also get a free cup on red cup day! The word on the street is they will be potentially moving near 95 on 60 a bit of a ways down to a free standing building. If they are I wish you all the best of luck. Cheers!

It seems like lately the Starbucks reviews for this particular location have been going down and I can tell you why. It’s due to employee Brittney. I have been going to this particular Starbucks almost everyday for the last 5 years. I now unfortunately have to change my entire morning routine and get another one. Due to ms. Brittney. I tried to explain that I simply wanted light ice. Britney continued to interrupt me in the middle of my sentence. I had to explain it to her 5 times due to her constant interruption and when I arrived to the window the order was completely wrong. She then said I had to change my order to a latte when I told her Iv been ordering the same thing for the last 5 years. She consistently kept under minding me and being condescending. So I asked for a refund. Never did I think that I would be asking Starbucks for a refund! The entire experience was absolutely horrible. Until Britney is out of there your reviews will continue to go down like they have been. Get better workers.
