March 8th guy ruined my coffee and complained about putting ice in my expresso shot

Came there twice in 2 different times - the coffee was pretty bad on both occasions - it was boiling hot, tasted like nothing, and the foam was like soap foam.On the second time I'm pretty sure I got a bad stomach ache from their pastry who knows how long it's been laying there on display and the cashier threw away my receipt after I answered "yes I'd like to keep it"- not paying attention at all. Won't be coming back.

Clean place and pleasant staff during my visit.With the US/CAN conversion rate, the Venti frapuccino is approximately $3 more expensive than in Quebec.

Waited over 15 minutes for a latte as a live in person customer because your staff was busy filling call in orders… our hot food was cold by the time we were served coffee. I understand you were all busy and really working hard… it’s not staffing… it’s a processing flaw that was frustrating to be a part of today.
Always yummy coffee never disappointed except for the price.

The last 4 times I have been there my drink has not been to parr. I have been going to Starbucks since I lived in Washington state. I know my drink. Years ago they actually had proper training. Now no one cares. I can not count hiw many time since living here in vero beach that I have had to take my frank back. Today was worse..drive-thru was closed and I waited for half an hour. I swear my drink did not even have espresso in it. I was late for an appointment and the store was overly packed. Very disappointed since I have gone to Starbucks before they hit the market.
