The Subway internet service is constantly down, and it’s becoming extremely inconvenient—especially for customers who don’t carry cash. In today’s world, reliable Wi-Fi or stable electronic payment systems aren’t optional; they’re expected. When the connection fails, it leaves customers stuck, frustrated, and sometimes unable to complete their purchase at all.
Subway should really consider investing in better-quality internet and payment services. A smoother, more dependable system would not only improve the customer experience but also help staff avoid unnecessary stress during busy hours. Upgrading the service would go a long way toward showing customers that their time and convenience are valued.

Placed an app order for this location, 2190 45th St in Vero Beach, FL, (Order 40808265-33) and the person who made the sandwich was VERY friendly and personable!! Probably the BEST visit I've EVER had at a Subway location!!! Will DEFINITELY be ordering from this location again even though it's the longest distance from where I live!!

First off they have sign saying no coupons accepted. But Kay if that's her real name, was very rude and out of line. I ordered sub and when she put cheese on I asked her what was on 2 slices and could she change them. She got irritated and said it's probably just the cappicola from her hands. So I had to ask her again to change them. She did but was angry and threw cheese back in spot. I asked for mayo on bread. She started putting on lettuce and I reminded her about the mayo. So she takes her hand and moves all the meat and veggies sloppily and squirts mayo on one side of bread. Then flops food back on. It looked so disgusting and she was trying to be that way. So I was amazed she would do that so I told her nevermind I don't want it. It looks so sloppy and disgusting. She immediately says " I knew you were going to say that because u have an attitude " Again I was shocked and other customers were in there and started to walk out but came back in. I told her I'm not buying anything that looks like that and made that way. I asked for a mngr. Said she was and hee name was Kay. She continued saying slick remarks as I walked out door. I came bk and took picture and she started yelling u can't take pictures in here. I said well I did. Goodbye. I will never go there and advise my ppl not to either. No customer service and didn't care how she handled food.
