We have been wanting to come eat here for over a year now. I love supporting small businesses very much BUT every single time of the MANY times we have come to eat here during operating hours, they are closed! At least this week there was nothing on google stating but at least They had the courtesy to leave a note on the door stating their operating hours during Memorial Day weekend. Google even asks you every single holiday if you want to update your business hours. It’s so simple to click a couple buttons. So we give up.

Sunset Cafe is so enjoyable. They greet you coming in and going out. I love their breakfasts and the prices. It's not a big place but it's one of the best. The waitresses are enjoyable and pleasant.

We've eaten here numerous times and have never been disappointed or left hungry. The sandwiches are good, the omelettes are perfect, the salads are huge and have lots of protein in them. The wait staff are always friendly and courteous. It's good homemade diner style food.

I can only base this on one visit today for breakfast. I ate it because I ordered it and therefore have to pay for it as complaining about the food and not paying for it is not acceptable in my book. I won't find out about their other food as I'm not going back. The toast was soggy. Seriously , how do you mess up toast? The over easy eggs were ok, barely done. The hash browns were just a greasy undercooked mess. The bacon had an off taste. Thankfully I had gravy on the hash browns. The ladies that work there are really nice, polite and work hard. Despite the slow service they work hard. I noticed how patient they were with older folks. It's a shame that such nice people work so hard, because it can't make up for terrible food. This is a little diner, so it's not supposed to be a 5 star restaurant, but the food was not good.

My wife and I enjoy this small Cafe for sunday breakfast. Be patient you will be seated the ladies are working fast to make your visit pleasant. Food is always good and hot.. the grits are made with whole cream ?. Nothing fancy and cheap to eat.

We've been there 3 or 4 times now for lunch. Food is always good. Restaurant is nothing fancy but the staff is friendly (Kira is awesome!) and the prices are very reasonable.

Its a nice place when you walk in and if you are ok with basic sandwiches you can make at home then this would be for you. For us, it was not worth the amount they charge for the sandwiches they served. Service was mediocre, they were nice but nothing about our experience stood out except for the lack of flavor and the bill. It was underwhelming overall
