My first time trying açaí bowls and was not disappointed! I had the peanut island smoothie and the nutty bowl, both extremely delicious. I would recommend to anyone considering açaí! Wonderful staff as well, very kind.

I want to like this place so badly, but It just isn’t the best and seems like a miss every time. I love açaí bowls so much but these are just not good. The regular granola they use is just too dry, crumbly, and seem like ash. Not to mention they don’t give you a lot of açaí at all so it just doesn’t work together due to the ratio, but maybe it’s homemade? In that case please find a better recipe, alter this one, switch to store bought, or just put more açaí. Next is fruit, and I love mango so much but here they have it canned and it’s so bad. Obviously they have fresh fruit to pick from but I just would rather mango, and every time I come back I get reminded of the canned fruit they have and it just seems both lazy and cheap. There is fruit that’s fresh like the blueberries but beware that you getting a canned fruit is a possibility. Some things I like though is the place is nice and clean, the açaí is great tasting (in the sad portion you get), and that the receptionist girls seem lovely when your nice to them. But they don’t seem to have much going though. I mean no one likes work but then why is there canned fruit and bad granola with the extra time? Also just to note I wish that they tried to pack the açaí bowl more with fruit, especially because of the price. I like to get the larger oz size and it came in a to go pint container and because of the surface area there was not a lot of fruit compared to the rest. Not to mention maybe 2/3 of it was full with açaí with a lot of extra space so there was enough room for extra fruit. Very disappointing when it comes to this because why am I getting cheated out on fruit when I’m paying upwards of $20? Literally a fist full and I don’t have big hands. I tried to excuse it but all the times I’ve come it was like this and i feel so scammed by the end.
Very sorry for this essay of a review but I just like açaí bowls too much and tried to have things this place could do to make it better. Sadly, an açaí bowl shouldn’t be so disappointing that you reminisce about it for a full day though on multiple occasions. I will say I want to keep giving this place a chance because it’s local and would rather go to local spots but it’s so easy to go somewhere else especially when you don’t hope for this place to be better and just don’t like being disappointed.

Service was disappointing, two girls at the front, empty place with no one else waiting, and felt like we were inconveniencing them. As someone in the customer service field it’s sad to see the next generation of service workers that don’t even treat you like people. No smile, no friendliness, no knowledge of the menu. Crepes are not great anymore and smoothie was halfway blended, açaí bowl was okay though, just halfway frozen. Prices were also unbelievable, I had to look at the receipt to believe what I was seeing. Definitely not “made with love”….🥺

$14 dollar bowl of granola. The base tastes like seaweed. If you can taste anything at all granola is way too sweet overpowering and too much.

Walked into the establishment around 9:15am on 5/2 a girl at the counter took my order I got my daughter a crepe she saw on the menu that seemed it had strawberries and banana and received the most bland and cold crepe I have ever eaten 3 pieces of banana and barely any strawberries. I go back inside and ask the girl is the batter fresh her response was it is premade batter and just looks at me no care in the world and I obviously had to throw my money along with that crepe in the trash. How hard could it be to make a fresh crepe. How disappointing.

Visited today for my first and LAST time. You have to order on a screen while the employees sit in the back in their phones. They will not greet you when you walk in making it a hostile environment till they are done making your order. I guess the one star can go for the sorry “have a good day”. On top of horrible service the açaí tasted like water and all the fruits were obviously from a can. Besides the bananas.
Terrible customer service. The dark haired girl working the front doesn’t seem like she likes her job much. Put my husbands smoothie in some ridiculous cup with no explanation. The quality of the food is great however with customer service like that doesn’t make you wanna go back.

Honestly one of the most bland smoothies I have ever had. $20 for two small smoothies after tip. The lady who made our smoothies didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know they were ready. Just silently left them on the counter. Skip this overpriced spot.

Oh my goodness I'm not happy!!!! Sent a friend on "I buy/you fly". Came back with acai bowls and very very little ..vert little acai!!! What the heck did I pay $14 for???? The fruit was mushy. Just not happy!! I don't complain but geesh!!
