Paid 65 cents each for extra lettuce on 2 soft tacos and got less than regular very disappointed.

I’ve been multiple times. The main manager guy called me a liar when I said the kiosk crashed. The food is always wrong. They only pay attention to the drive thru and not the lobby.

I have gave this place multiple attempts before leaving this review but I have to say it, this is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and has the worst service of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Ive worked in restaurants in every position from dishwasher to general manager and generally mistakes and the occasional one off night are normal but this location is having the worst night every night.
They don’t get our order right no matter how many times it’s confirmed with them and says exactly what we ordered on the screen and when we inevitably have to come back through, they treat us like garbage and act like we’re lying. For example tonight we came through and they forgot 3 of our tacos so we go back through and the man in the drive through takes the bag from us, rummages through it with his dirty bare hands as if he still thinks we’re lying, then throws together 3 COLD tacos that look like they were made by a mental patient. Upon getting our bag back half of our tacos were sitting open and tossed around in the bag. We also borderline beg for enough sauce each time and he will hand us 3-4 packets for 10 tacos then when asked for more will give us 1-2 more with more attitude than should be humanly possible.
One positive thing I can say about this location is that a lot of our negative experiences have been directly related to the man working the drive through, which each time has been the same, heavy set white man who obviously hates himself and everyone around him and while this location clearly has very deep rooted issues we believe that getting rid of him should be the first order of business in turning things around, until then we won’t be back 🤷♂️

This taco bell gives unbelievably small portions. Every time I order a crunchwrap it has what looks like 1 tablespoon of beef and almost no veggies! I ask for extra nacho cheese, it almost feels like they give me less because I asked. It's really terrible value for what this stuff costs. I avoid this place, but the one time I month I eat trash food I get disappointed and ripped off. The staff is usually very friendly though.

Manager Lydia and a guy (was helping me sorry I forgot his name) very nice and professional.
They are severely understaffed and the employees are stressed but still provided good food despite all that was going on.

5/6 of our items were wrong or missing. Our drinks were regulars and we paid for larges. Our burrito had onions when we asked for no onions, Our crunch wrap was missing, and Our rice and bean burrito had the spicy sauce when we asked for no sauce. And the crunchy taco had the smallest amount of meat I have ever seen. It was literally so skinny. Don't ask for any alterations to the standard item.

I watched them make our food and they were great at making it just perfect, especially the you guy who rolled burritos and crunch wraps picture perfect. Place was clean and employees were acting professional, which doesn’t happen where we’re from. (Cocoa FL)
Vegetarian options: Crunch wrap, steak burrito and bean rice chicken bowl all delicious prepared the way we asked.

So dissatisfied with today’s food and service. The food was awful, served cold and not the right way. First-able it took them so long to get the order ready, went to dine in and people who ordered after me got their order first. It looked like they had new staff which they need more training and it seemed like the people who were working today 11/27/24 had no desire to work. Should’ve stayed home if they are not willing to do their job the right way. JUST AWFUL OVERALL. FOOD SUCKED

Very friendly at the drive through
Absolutely worst experience, maybe have an employee at register when busy… no communication, asked to cancel order and was told I can’t, I mobile order intentionally and waited 36 minutes
