Typical Taco Bell, food is hit or miss depending on how busy they are because it seems like the location is understaffed. But the people who work there are very nice.
I was extremely happy using the app, the quality of the food, and the ability to pick the veggie pack, which allows combining several options with a drink.Vegetarian options: When using app or inside order stations, there is an entire section marked for Veggie Cravings or vegetarian. Lots of bean, rice, potato combinations from taco, burrito, chalupa, crunch, etc.
Great service. The Chicken Chalupa is my new favorite.

I decided to try Taco Bell for the first time since COVID. On both occasions, there was absolutely NO CRUNCH associated with either visit. Doesn't look like I'll be back.

This is the first time that I've gone into Taco Bell to have just the chips and cheese. The chips tasted like plastic and Play-Doh mixed into one, and if I hadn't had the nacho cheese there is no way I would have continued to eat these chips plain.
