Very rude. Came through the drive thru and they told me it was a 10 min wait till they could even take my order so I went somewhere else for 20 mins came back and they told me the same thing. I told him I was just in the drive thru 20 mins ago and you told me 10 mins again. Like the never ending 10 min lie so they could be less busy. He told me idk what to tell you. 😆

The service through drive through was horrible the employee was rude the entire time taking mine and my husband order. I’ve never had a problem with Taco Bell before but I’m not happy about my experience tonight.

The night shift here is literally killing it, I haven’t been in a minute but needed to write this review. It seems after 10pm is the best time to get Taco Bell lol. Hot food, good portions, made correctly.

Hour before closing and this guy t trying to tell me all he has is tacos. It's an hour before closing and you don't want to do your job and make some food. Not the first time this is happening at this location these people are lazy don't want to do their job or work. Obviously.

If someone makes an ingredient request (no tomato), please, do not get an attitude and completely deny their request after acting like you would make sure there was no tomato. Because JUST MAYBE they have a severe tomato allergy.
Not even mentioning the fact she asked for a regular soft taco instead of a chalupa in her Luxe box, she just asked for NO TOMATO and instead y'all decided to be rude and now she is super sick because of her food allergy.
If you're reading this review, don't try calling this establishment either. Apparently they can't hear you on the phone.

I love coming to this Taco Bell, it's the cleanest and the most well-run Taco Bell I've ever been to. They always get my order right. The best Taco bell!!!

I don’t get Taco Bell often because the prices are crazy. However, when I do indulge my craving, this location is always great. The service is fast, the employees are always very friendly, and my order has always been spot on. I’ve only used the drive-thru but the outside has never been littered with garbage but kept nice and clean.

Manager cut the soda machine off at 1:40 pm to play games on a customer it seems. Other customers wanted to get more soda they had to turn the machine back on

Got a nachoes bell grande and paid for extra jalapeños and extra beef and got neither. Thank you for charging me $2.00 more for nothing extra

Swung by for a late-night snack. No one else in the drive-thru, but after placing my order, they told me to pull around to the front doors. A little weird, but whatever. When I got there, every spot near the door was handicap, so I waited along the curb nearby.
A few minutes later, this guy comes storming out, visibly annoyed. He goes, “You made me walk an extra 10 feet instead of parking here?” like I personally designed the parking lot just to ruin his night. I told him if he didn’t ask me to pull around, this wouldn’t have been a problem.
He mumbled something under his breath, hunched his shoulders like I just ruined his whole week, and walked back inside.
