The fries are thicker than the tenders. They must cut the tenders into halves or thirds to save some money. They need to change the menu to nuggets because what we received wasn’t tenders. Also they take after pringles when it comes to fries mostly empty container.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and received just tenders(which were dried out and tough) ordered sauce-no sauceAnd only one drink showed up.Bad management or all idiots as far I can tell.And get this ordered on Uber Eats and can’t figure out how to make a complaint someone tell me

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! One of the worst experiences I have had.The chicken sandwich came on a burnt bun with no lettuce or pickles, just cold chicken. The fries were not even fully cooked and ice cold. And, to top it off, there was a hair in the food. Absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again and suggest you don't waste your money either.

I ordered 3 sandwich meals (2 Nashville Hot and 1 regular) but received 3 orders of regular tenders. The fries were overcooked and the tenders were cold and had obviously been sitting for some time. We threw most of it in the garbage.

Not sure why the bad reviews, I guess bad experience or whatever. Ordered from postmates, first try for tendershack. 10 nashville tenders with fries and 5 sauces. Tenders were perfect not oily or too dry, fries were okay not too soggy and not crispy. Sauces were filled up to the top. Even got a baguette with butter. Also this is outback so you'll get it in an outback steakhouse bag. It's just called tender shack. Ordered 10-22-2023. No complaints based on price and quality. A+

What is the reason my tender shack meal came inside of an outback steakhouse bag with no address on the receipt? Because these are kids chicken tenders from your kids menu. Google tender shack and find out where it is.
So I ordered tender shack from doordash and I asked for tenders and fries with an extra side of fries. And when I got my food back from door dash, I got my fries and my extra side of fries. but guess what they forgot?? THE TENDERS! And the fries were not even good they were soggy. If I were you, I would NEVER go to this place.

The meals that you’re spending upward of $15 for are literally the exact same as the kids chicken tenders meal at Carraba’s, Bonefish Grill, or Outback Steakhouse as they are all owned by the same company. Be prepared to order 5 tenders and only get 3 as that is the option for the kids meal. They claim to have Hot AF (their description, not mine) tenders and regular tenders…they do not. They claim to have seasoned fries…they do not. They claim to have 5 different kinds of sauces…they have ranch. This is a ghost kitchen that overcharges and is not good quality. Please do your research and don’t order from this place.
