We had such a great night here. The bartender Gaby was amazing! She was very helpful and friendly, she let us sample a couple drinks to figure out what we would like best. The food was great. We loved all the beer, cider and sake options too. And the atmosphere is so chill and quirky we all enjoyed it. Highly recommended

We went and checked it out at lunchtime. It was empty, but the attached pottery/ painting was packed. People were ordering food and drinks and taking it next door. (Same owners).The menu was small, but had some good things on it. We had the meat and cheese platter. It was a good portion and tasted great. They have a very large beer and wine selection and some non-alcoholic drinks.It's a cozy and quiet place to have some good food and drinks. When downtown Vero, stop in and give it a try. Mark, the owner/ cook/ bartender was an excellent host.The plates, utensils, straws, and napkins are all paper products. All of the things are biodegradable as Mark wanted to do his part to save the environment.

This is a cute little place to end a date night. The tables are all cozy no loud music playing no football games or anything like that to distract people just a cute little place. No real food like dinner or lunch but the appetizers are enough to fill you. You won't be disappointed in this place.

Very nice place, clean, cozy, great menu. Friendly service and they even have the best beer in the world, St. Bernardas ABT 12. I wish I lived closer to this lovely establishment. Great menu too!

We went there today 3/6/23 and the place was closed and no sign explaining why the bar wasn't open.
Nothing about this place even hints at Louisiana. Large selection of wine. Expensive drafts, some reasonable bottle beers. Food was disappointing.It is a shame. Based on the decor, could be a nice cozy place.

We had a wonderful experience Saturday night at The Bayou with our friends. They have a very comprehensive wine and beer selection. The wines we chose were very good and the meat and cheese plate was delicious and had a beautiful presentation. The bar area is cozy and friendly. We had a great time and will definitely return.
