The Tides Restaurant exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, with beautiful views and a perfectly curated ambiance that made the entire experience feel special.
The food was absolutely outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The highlight of the night was the short ribs with risotto. The short ribs were incredibly tender, perfectly slow-cooked, and full of rich, deep flavor. Paired with the creamy, perfectly seasoned risotto, it was pure comfort with a refined touch. It’s a dish I would return for again and again.
What truly made the evening unforgettable, however, was Claudia’s hospitality. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Claudia made us feel welcomed from the very beginning, anticipated our needs effortlessly, and added such a personal touch to the experience. Her professionalism and kindness elevated our dinner to another level.

One of the best restaurants in Vero Beach. Good regular entrees and many nightly specials. If they have the Tuna as a special, don't pass it up. Best tuna I have had So fresh, so well done. Lots of other fresh fish choices.l, all well prepared. Prices are on the higher side but entrees come with vegetables. Wine selections are adequate, not super high end. Always leave room for the desserts. Multiple choices and very tasty and well prepared. This place is a winner. Difficult to eat a bad meal. Service was better than average. You will likely need a reservation.

I sat at the outside bar and had the pear salad with salmon added. This was one of the most well prepared salmon portions I’ve had! The atmosphere was relaxing and with light musical entertainment. The other patrons were quite friendly and made for a relaxing evening.
