The food was lovely but there were some stumbles at the front end. We had to abandon valet after waiting as no one appeared at the station, even after we went inside to inquire. After being seated we both opened our menus and were sad to see they were dirty with food/drink stains. Again good food but certainly not fine dining

Great local Cuban restaurant in a resort hotel. Started with the ham croquettes, which were quite delicious. I got the skirt steak and my wife got the pork. Both were great dishes that came with rice, perfectly seasoned black beans and plantains.. Cocktails were also well done and reasonably priced. Mike, our waiter, was excellent. He encouraged us to just take our time and enjoy our meal. His recommendations were all spot on. Never did we feel rushed. And the restaurant was packed.

Everything we ordered was excellent! Paella, Swordfish and Mahi Mahi. Cooked to perfection! Would definitely recommend!

May have been one of the best dinners we have had in a long time. The atmosphere is tranquil and soothing. The staff is incredible and very friendly. Our waitress, Chelsea, was the highlight of the evening — warm, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a perfect meal. The meal exceeded our expectation. The swordfish was so fresh and tasted amazing as was the skirt steak Cuban style. Desert made the night with their flourless chocolate cake and espresso gelato. If you’re looking for amazing food and even better service, this is the place.

Amazing food with great service - if you like fine dining, I recommend! The grilled chicken is very flavorful, and the paella is great.

Dessert is a wide choice of selection from flan to churros - both of which are delicious!

Claire and I had a wonderful lunch at The Wave in Vero Beach! The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, perfect for a mid-day getaway. For drinks, Claire had Gloria’s Cosmo and I tried the Old Cuban. Both were excellent and expertly crafted.

We started with the Black Bean Hummus appetizer, which was flavorful and fresh. For our mains, Claire had the Mojo Marinated Chicken (which I have to admit, I wish I’d ordered because it was incredible!), while I went with their famous American Wagyu Beef Burger, which definitely lived up to its reputation.

Great food, great drinks, and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend The Wave for anyone visiting Vero Beach!

This is my go to restaurant for all occasions can be a little bit noisy, wish the bar area was a little bigger, but it is always an A+

Somewhat disappointed. I had octopus which tasted great but a bit tiny. Then snapper which was served with one fingerling sliced potato and a yellow pepper. The meal was tasteful but so damn small. Overall portions need to be like they were a year ago. A pricy meal for sure !!

First time eating at The Wave. My husband and I were celebrating my Birthday and I wanted to pick a special place. We were tired of the same old "italian" food so I chose The Wave. We were not disappointed. Great service, great atmosphere, friendly and courteous staff. Our waiter David was very sweet and helpful. Definitely we will return

The best restaurant we have been to so far, great ambiance. Very friendly staff, great food, and fantastic live mood music. Definitely recommend this place. It was our 5yr wedding anniversary and they treated us like royalty. We will be back to visit and eat here. And we made sure to tip very well, it was worth it. We may even stay at the resort next time.

All was well with one exception. The noise level was almost unbearable. Could not hear my wife across the table. Could not hear the music which was sad. Will never go back on a busy Saturday night unless they do something with the acoustics. Food was excellent as was the service.

Great food! I had the braised short ribs and my cousin had the paella. Both very fresh & flavorful! The outside seating isn't the best being right next to the pool, but the sounds of the ocean made up for it. Overall, a gem of a place.
