Solid kitchen turns out tasty food for decidedly older palates with little fanfare. Oysters Rockefeller, Pumpkin soup with Italian sausage (spicy would be better complement to sweet squash), crab crusted Pompano, osso Buco with risotto (perhaps add saffron or parmiagiano reggiano) were executed as in a hotel. Serviceably tasty if not memorable. Nonna lemon tort and cortado were nice finish. Good BTG wine selection as well as cocktails and bottles. Absolutely good service (thanks Sebastiano) plus pleasant expediter and bussers. Would return when in the area for a good meal in red leather booths with linen, even if most patrons speak LOUDLY. Fun times

If you are visiting Vero Beach this is a must go! The food was amazing! We had homemade gnocchi in vodka sauce and Chilean Sea Bass. Both were done perfectly! The service was wonderful and they didn't rush any part of the meal! It was a wonderful experience!

We were quite disappointed with the experience overall. It was very noiseyFood was ok, not great. Was a bit salty for my taste. I added shrimp to my dinner for $15 and only got 3 shrimp. Other person order veal and there were 2 pieces. One was veal and the other was chicken. Server left a lot to be desired. Our party consisted of two couples and they brought one check. Never asked how to split. Rather than having to ask our already unpleasant server to split we just dealt paid and left.

We had a nice booth, which I'd requested for our anniversary celebration. The server staff were all very nice and provided great service. Our server, Vernon, was outstanding. He had thorough knowledge of the dishes and specials. We shared the Tuscan scallops in polenta and crostini apps, both were delicious. I had the pasta aragosta and my wife had veal saltimboca, both were excellent. I never got to see the desserts, because Vernon brought us a complimentary cheesecake. The only thing I found unimpressive was my double espresso. They have a beautiful espresso machine near the entrance, but mine tasted like ordinary espresso made on a stove top pot. My wife's cappuccino was very good.

Love Dario's - I made a mistake and thought our reservation was at 6. It was at 5:30! I was so embarrassed as we had a large group with us. They were understanding and hugely accommodating. The food and service were amazing as always and our guests loved it. It is the restaurant we always take our friends and family to when they first visit.

This is our favorite restaurant in Vero Beach. The food is always wonderful! I had the butternut squash ravioli which was a special for the night and it was delicous. My Mother-in-law had the chicken Parmesan and it was a huge serving and she said it was wonderful. My husband had the chicken Milanese and enjoyed the combination of flavors in what was surprisingly a light dish even though it had plenty of pasta and chicken. We look forward to our next time we return!
