Thank you to Hannah for the delicious detox smoothie with extra protein ! Such a good value for ~$10. The vibes aren’t super fun in the cafe, but it’s a great option for on the go.

This location needs serious help & guidance from someone that is responsible enough to show them the correct way to make your food! Its honestly giving a bad name for the company. I enjoy Tropical Smoothie however my past 5 experiences here in Vero Beach US1 location has been disgusting, The staff is attentive to customers they speak kindly however the food is being left to rot and they dont understand how to properly roll a wrap, i always order the carribean jerk wrap. Barely any sauce lettuce is brown all the time and taste horrible and its wrapped looking crazy, please someone from the higher ups fix this store immediately

First time there and it won’t be my last!! The manager there was so kind and respectful she handled herself diligently and had great energy!!! absolutely love this place and I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t been there

Watered down smoothie and not sure you can even consider this a quesadilla

0 stars for No service! My husband and I went to this store and he walked in at 8:48pm because my pregnancy craving was a smoothie. Two attendants wasted time and told my husband they were closed and had to clean the machines. Not to mention, another couple walked in after and was also refused. If this is the case, then don’t have a sign that says they close at 9 pm and instead change it to 8:30 pm.

Visited this location today 20 minutes before closing because my boyfriend and I wanted a smoothie. Staff had us wait in the lobby with the lights shut off along with another gentleman waiting to order. We asked the lady walking back and forth ignoring us if she could help just to say “We are closed, and already shut off my computer.” Management really needs to step up and offer staff further customer service training and be open on hours displayed. Even if someone walks in 2 minutes before closing any place should be able to assist customers til the doors are closed at closing hours.

I agree with many of the overwhelming one star comments in here. Extremely poor management a rotating door for employment is a massive part of their problem. I’m going to post this review on the front door of my retail establishment until this place sells to new owners. Vero Beach deserves better establishments

Got a smoothie this valentine’s day morning before work and 1 girl was in there with like 5 orders to make. SHE KILLED IT👏👏i know how stressful food service can be especially by yourself. Friday morning worker if you see this you’re amazing and i hope every light is green for you and your fridge is always full

This girl kiera was so rude, when i walk in she was giving me a big attitude, when i got my drink she was in the back, she told me don’t come back.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to give it a try anyway... Glad I did, took my daughter tonight she got the blueberry bliss smoothie and the buffalo chicken wrap, which she said was amazing! I can vouch that it looked and smelled delicious. I got the beach bum smoothie and the PB crunch bowl.... Delicious. The place was clean and the girl taking my order was very nice and was helpful when I asked for suggestions and was patient while I took my time deciding. I would like to add that although sometimes there are just poor experiences, people are too quick to go online and bash people and places based on a small inconvenience or maybe they are having a bad day and let that dictate their experience. Be humble, be kind, it will create a ripple effect.

I was instantly insulted by the woman working in the back. I had to use the restroom and she came out to the front yelling and rudely telling me that the restrooms are for customers only. I am a door dasher that delivers in Vero Beach. I told her that I am a door dasher and that I had to go pee. She refused to let me use the restroom and told her coworker to come from the back of tropical smoothie to watch me to make sure that I did not use the restroom. That seems like harassment. She was very rude to me the entire time.

Had a job offer here and they told me they pay $11 an hour (illegal and under minimum wage), but that they get “tips”, so it balances out to $13-$14 an hour. What I know from working in the food industry is if they treat their employees that badly and take advantage, they WILL treat their customers badly as well, as told by these comments. I will be reporting them to the Florida Department Of Labor. Instead of eating there, support local at Sunset Island, across the street, where their smoothies, açaí bowls, and customer service are all great.

This is the worst tropical smoothie cafe I have ever been to. My order wasn't ready until 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. It looked like they were making my sandwich with no gloves on and after all this they told me to have a nice day. After waiting for 25 minutes this is horrible customer service! They need to shut this down and start over with new employees.
