Our work group orders here on a regular basis. We all love the acai bowls. Once, there was an issue with the delivery, but the delivery company and Tropical Smoothie sent a refund right away. This location is better than the one on 20th Street. Also, we order so often that they ran out of fruit, the manager went to a local store, picked up the items and made our acai bowls. We appreciate everyone here!!

The employees were on their phone just standing around. Took 30 minutes to receive 3 yogurt bowls. The bowls seemed to have been sitting out for a while since they were melted and warm.

Sandwich quality differs depending on who makes it. Smoothies are inconsistent as well. The açaí bowls are a pleasant treat.

My wrap was ice cold on the inside (its like they just restocked the stuff from the freezer). What makes it worse was that the wrap was toasted. The icing on the cake was that it took someone more roughly 5 minutes to even greet me at the register.Don't waste your money!

Smells , service was AWFUL and if they make your smoothie wrong just expect an attitude. No refunds either ?. A girl from the back came up & offered to remake my smoothie ( she handled that situationbetter then the MANAGER) , but the WHOLE time they were over there giggling while making them. Ended up throwing away the smoothies wasted $25. I would recommend going to the other tropical smoothie.

$9 3-cheese chicken wrap consisted of tortilla with cheap cheese and a few pieces rubber meat. Bottled ice tea was half frozen. When I asked for another, cashier showed the supervisor who scolded the cashier, saying it was fine, not frozen, just well chilled.

Lady that took my order was very nice. Manager told her they can’t substitute sweet potatoes instead of chicken on a salad. There are no salad options that do not have meat. Ordered the kale apple slaw as a side and the sweet potatoes as a side. The kale was yellowed (old) and apple was gross (old and very soggy) sweet potatoes not fully cooked kinda still hard. Asked for salt and pepper to try to make the items more palatable but they said they don’t have any - again nice lady goes and asks manager. So I gave a 3 star just because the lady working the front was trying so hard. The music is really loud. I will not be back.

Went there to grab lunch for my daughter, was the 1st one in last to leave! They made my smoothie 3 times & couldn't get it right. Asked for my money back after the 3rd one that didn't taste like my regularly from Rt 20 & was told they couldn't give me my money back so I asked for a manager, said she wouldn't be in until Monday called 4 times no answer! Stay away from this horrible place, would have given a 0 if I could

The most inconsistent prepared food place I’ve ever ordered from. Sloppy mess of a wrap I’ve ever experienced. And I can’t drink my smoothie because it’s still full of ice

This is the worst Tropical Smoothie I have ever been to in the entire state of Florida. The staff is disrespectful and the owner is a Liar. They took my coupons for a free smoothie and supplement and because the clueless staff member cleared my coupon and then made me pay after their system clearly removed the coupons from my online account. The owner then llied to me saying it will show on my account the next day. I called corporate and was told that she lied and that the Vero Beach Location get the most complaints in the State and this has happened several times at that location. I would rate them a -10 if it were possible. When the owner is a pathological liar, the business is obviously doomed to fail!!
