Great food, great service, great price... I loved it and I ll go again. The pho was so delicious and fresh. I asked for extra broth when they were boxing my leftover and they kindly accepted my request.

An awesome little family-run restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious with kind and respectful service. The menu has a good amount of options without being too crowded, I usually take it as a bad sign when a menu has far too many options. You can tell these dishes are prepared authentically with good fresh ingredients. Will definitely be back here again to try more of their food!

I enjoyed summer roll and Mah's homemade rice noodle soup. Both were delicious. The shrimp in the summer roll tasted fresh, and the noodles were perfect with an array of protein surprises. Iced coffee was awesome. Just wish I had left room for homemade flan.

I guess they changed the name to Mama Hue. I usually don't write reviews but I want to support this Vietnamese restaurant, since there's so few good ones in this area. I've been to a few pho restaurants in this area and this place is definitely the best one. The spicy beef noodle soup is authentic unlike the other Vietnam restaurants.

My favorite restaurant in town. I call ahead of time to get my order in and it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get the order ready. This place is hands down a great local place to eat

Sadly not good Let me just go straight to the point and I hope people don't think I'm petty but seriously it was bad. 1) The broth was lacking everything, it had no flavor whatsoever. No need to say more about that. 2) The meats. ** This has to be the Pho with least amount of meat I ever had and besides the 1 single piece of meatball which is really 1/4 of a meatball it was the only thing cooked it had 2 tiny pieces of brisket and 3 tiny slices of round eye and 1 tiny piece of tendon. Now not counting the 1 piece of tendon out of the 6 pieces of meat 5 were raw and I don't think that I have to tell you how tough brisket is. Ahh no flank either but probably lucky me because it could have been uncooked as well. I will not waste your time reading more. To me it was a bad experience, the only positive was the broth was extremely hot which is the way it should be but it had no flavor. They get 1 star for the hot broth. Very disappointing. No need to bother with a picture.

Flavors are not on point with amazing Vietnamese food , but was still good tasting but 2 stars for the extremely small portion , don't get the "pork chops" which were two super thin slivers of pork , no lemon grass used, the whole marinade was wrong , I'm from OC Cali where we have huge vietnamese communities and excellent pho. Well after $15 it's like I didn't even eat . I had such high hopes to was excited and now I'm honestly kinda down now.

Just grabbed 3 pho to go today payed almost $40 barley tiny amount of meat in each pho. broth only half way filled, payed for extra sauces which were 50 cents each sauce not even half way filled like a half tea spoon of sauce the broth don’t got even have a flavor don’t recommend this stingy business! No wonder there broth flavorless they also probably stingy on putting enough flavor in there.
This was my first time at Viet Bowl and the first actual Vietnamese food I have had in Vero since I moved here since 2017. I LOVED it! I had a little bit of heaven in a bowl! The broth was super flavorful and so satisfying. The summer rolls were great as well. I also got the house limeade, which was very refreshing. The staff were very nice and I can't wait to go back.
