Great food and very nice staff.

Disappointing experience last night. We waited for well over an hour for our entry after placing our orders. First course was served and then we waited and waited, finally having to inquire when our meal could be expected. The person who had ordered the hamburger medium rare was served a very well done burger which lead us to believe our orders had been sitting under the warmer for way too long. And there were very few guests there so they can’t use the excuse that they were busy. Half the tables were empty. Our server was pleasant but the service is simply not acceptable. And please watch the way the bill is tallied. They are misleading about the tip!!!! Not a repeat.

First time very nice sitting at the bar w/Chris. Great menu choices. It’s not cheap ? but worth it.

The food was terrible but the most egregious issue was putting a 20% gratuity on our bill and never saying anything. Meanwhile we were adding a 20% tip, glad my friend caught it. Their excuse was tables of 4 or more get charged 20%…we were only 3 people. Then the excuse was because we were at a 4 top the computer automatically adds it. In addition, it was freezing out and they had no indoor tables, the music they had was terrible and we could not hear each other talk.

The restaurant requires a credit card to hold your reservation and if you don't show up they will charge you $25.00, however if they cancel your reservation, you can't hold them accountable. The owner called me at 1:30 pm the day of our resy and said she can't open tonight because her chef called in sick. She explained we were her only reservation for the evening and knew were coming for a special occasion (birthday) so she wanted to let me know. I appreciate the call however, we also drove to the restaurant a couple of weeks ago to dine there and they weren't open. It wasn't a Sunday or a holiday. Their website clearly states serving dinner Mon.-Sat. 5pm. and reservations recommended. We will not be returning to try this restaurant!

Hey, Wife’s at Yoga, girlfriend is at girls night out? Come on over to Vinz. Have a glass of wine! That’s what I do! I love this place. Greg is behind the Bar, Zandra is the owner. Usually on the right side of the bar. Great food! Excellent wine! I’ve been coming here since the first day. You won’t be disappointed!

A bad experience and owner attitude. Reservation REZY VERY POOR. Won’t reserve unless you provide credit card information. Very tacky, perhaps unethical.Outdoor fans so loud conversation is difficult.

We all had an extraordinary experience! The food was delicious, really very, very good! However, make sure dine here when Lou is serving... she is awesome! She speaks five languages, is very attentive, and doesn't miss a beat. The meatballs, stone crab, fish tacos, and tuna tartar were all wonderful... Thank Vinz for such a delightful evening!

I was looking forward to having dinner here. We had probably the last reservation of the night. Two of us ordered a $38.50 filet migon dinner rare, when we received our dinner it was well done. We sent it back whereupon the other 2 guests got there meal. We were told it would take twenty minutes. It took us to complain that weren't happy and surprised that the manager didn't offer up anything for our major inconvenience. It wasn't until we prodded the waiter that we'd like to speak to her that she finally made her way over, only to offer us a glass of obviously ouse wine to the two of us who's meal was over cooked Not the 80 something dollar bottle of wine we bought and finished while we waited for our meal! Terrible way to satisfy your customers, l would say you sucked and we will never come back!!!! And our poor friends who live a block from you were mortified! Thanks again for nothing @!!

I had the special entree with the risotto. It was beyond fabulous. This place never disappoints.

Honestly, the worst meal and service that I have had since I have been visiting and now residing in Vero Beach. Shocking, really, considering that last year we had several very nice meals there. The place was about half capacity but apparently they were understaffed both in the kitchen and with servers. We were told that from the front end, so did expect some patience was required. We did not expect that it would take 20 minutes to get a glass of wine and over 45 minutes to get a starter course of just oysters and cocktail shrimp. And the two servers were apparently annoying each other over who would take care of us, so we heard choice words from one. Customers should never have to hear that. Well, the food was horrid. The oysters had a very pungent odor - I’m love oysters, these were not fresh. The shrimp was like something from Publix. Knowing the kitchen was struggling, we kept our order quite simple: My wife ordered meatballs, I ordered fish tacos; I cannot recall what our friends ordered. The meatballs were rock hard, like pucks. The first tacos, also pungent. Even my friend commented on the smell. Again, perhaps not fresh. Shockingly bad food. Finally, for a place that promotes itself as a wine establishment, with a list containing some gems, especially on champagne, they serve wine in heavy glass, poor stemware. And the stems smell like dishwasher detergent. That’s a big no-no for a wine place. I do not want to smell dishwasher residue in a glass of wine that is over $20 per. Major fail here. This place needs some serious introspection about what they are doing here.
