The place where you NEVER get a receipt. All orders are bagged separately and you must ALWAYS pull forward to wait for items.

They wouldn't listen and messed up both orders
First the girl taking my order argued with me saying that they don't have a jr. cheeseburger deluxe. I told her I've been coming to Wendy's for a long time and you have has it and it's on the menu out here. Then I ordered a large half sweet and half unsweetened tea. Then a small fry. And my free frosty with my key tag. What I got was a half sweet and half lemonade for the drink. The Jr. Cheesburger deluxe was thrown together with ketsup all squeezed out on one side of it making the bread soggy. I didn't eat the burger. I got down the road in Ft. Pierce and saw another Wendy's and asked if they could swap out my drink order. They just made a new one and said they couldn't take the old one back but she didn't charge me. However my order from the other Wendy's was 9 dollars and change. The burger was 2.69. So the small fry and large tea were between 6 and 7 dollars. I even questioned her about it and she read off the priced but didn't provide me with a receipt. I'll never be back to Wendy's in Vero. EVER!

Always out of something and they take forever. Forget about doing a online order everytime it's some excuse how they can complete the order especially. After 9pm

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to, it's dirty from the entrance, the counters are dirty, a disgusting atmosphere☹️, it needs a lot of maintenance

We got an order of a Spicy Asiago Ranch combo but we got no cheese or bacon. I went inside to ask if they could add it and they said that’s how it is, when that’s not how it looks on the app or menu. It just looked like a regular spicy chicken sandwich. The employees had attitude when all I did was ask for the appropriate toppings. It’s a great food chain but I wish the employees would atleast own up to their mistakes.

It's Wendy's. Same, same. People were very nice. Place looks and feels tired. Food was on par. Great burgers.

12:30 on a saterday night there closed when it says there open till 1:00am
This location is the best Wendy's we have ever visited and I believe it is because the employees are all so nice and they do their job so fast and efficient, it's a pleasure to visit this location. The food is always freshly prepared.Best fries anywhere.

I would like to file a complaint against my local Wendy's. This is not the first time something similar has happened but my visit on 10/19/24 was the final straw.
My husband and I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 jr Cheeseburgers, a small chili ,a med fry and a lg fry. The order was not repeated back to us and also didn't come up on the screen so we pulled to the window and we're told our total was$19.73 . We asked the cashier lady for a receipt and we're ignored ,then when our order was handed out by a male worker ,we again asked for a receipt and I checked the burgers and I could see lettuce so we told him our order was for 3 jr Cheeseburgers and he argued that we ordered jr deluxe bacon Cheeseburgers. He took the burgers back and pulled the toppings off handed me cold burgers and I had to ask for the overcharged amount to be refunded he became angry and gave me $3 cash. No apologies. We are never returning to Wendy's as we did nothing to provoke such rude treatment. I currently am re heating the fries in our oven and we drove to McDonald's for cheeseburgers and tossed the cold Wendy's burgers. Attached please find my receipt. The reply from the district manager was sorry we will try to do better no compensate for the cold burgers and fries not to mention I am not eating food a n extremely irate employee "fixed" for me .I don't know what happened since my previous review but too many things wrong at this location for me to return and pitiful help from the district manager. He thinks I didn't get a receipt and I actually attached it to my complaint letter. Guess he didn't have time to actually read my complaint.

Let me just start off by Service is terrible and they’re always closing early so that they can go home. That is such bad Bad Business!!!!! They don’t follow instructions when you ask for the food to be fresh and then when you have to hand them back the bag because it’s not fresh then you have to park in a extra seven minutes for them to make it fresh? They also take food home for free to their family members. I overheard when the coworkers talking because the window was open. I just hate coming here but the o my place open late!!!!
Food was perfect crabby patties are now my favorite burger. The fries are by far the best. The staff is amazing!
