Usually a good place to get great BBQ. Tonight we tried to call in an order for their special ribs but the phone would ring and then hang up. After several attempts we went in and were seated. After watching others come in after us and had their orders taken we finally asked someone for assistance. When we finally were waited on, they were out of the ribs we came for. Normally I don't like to give a negative review, we let the manager know about the phone issue and the delayed service, but the manager did not seem concerned. Unfortunately no BBQ for us. Hopefully things will be better next time.

I wouldn’t brag about this place the baby back ribs were overcooked and hard the food was bland and flavorless. The sweet tea wasn’t even sweet. The waitress was nice and the people were friendly

This place is awesome. I had the Champion Burger, and my wife had the grilled shrimp. I must say I have a new favorite burger. This burger is awesome. The swee tea was right on point. Great service and pleasant waitress. My wife really enjoyed the shrimp. Once we got the bill, we both were pleasantly surprised at how cheap our bill was . We highly recommend a visit to Wilkes 14 Bones BBQ
This BBQ restaurant is amazing! The food has incredible flavor, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. The service is friendly and fast, and the staff truly make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed, clean, and perfect for enjoying a good meal with family or friends. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

Great place for BBQ. Ribs perfectly tender, Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage is quality and yummy, their Collard Greens are perfectly tasteful. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

The experience was entirely unprofessional, I ordered a steak fillet and they brought out a rib eye instead. When I brought this to my server’s attention she then had an attitude and began slamming things down on the table. I then asked to speak to the manager about the situation and he showed no concern about anything that had happened. If you are looking for a restaurant with good customer service I’d highly recommend staying away from this place.

Waitress Kelly was very nasty. She slammed things down, never checked on us. The filet wasnt a filet- it tasted like it was soaked in dish water. All in all, worst experience and food ever. Dont eat here.
