if i could give 0 stars I would, this place is horrible, people that work here are very rude, they ignore you and keep you waiting with the excuse that there is only one cashier at the register, when there's 3 workers taking a smoke break at the same time.

I usually try to find something in my house for late night munchies but swung by BK about 10 minutes until closing. As other places I’ve been to I’ve been rushed and disrespected because it’s so late. This is the first time I’ve actually had a great experience. All the workers seemed to be enjoying themselves and weren’t upset with me showing up so late. Highly recommend this one for your late night snacks.

Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 5:50 PM l had the misfortune of visiting this BK. After waiting almost 3 minutes for the employee to get his thoughts together at the drive thru window (he asked me to hold on), he then told me they were out of fries. I was perplexed, a BK out of fries?! That is unfathomable. When he handed me my bag at the window, he asked for it back, realizing it wasn't plane and had to remedy the situation. It felt short of my expectation for BK standards.

Dining room closes at 10:00pm. Same with Popeyes. The only place to sit down and eat along 36th street is probably Denny's.

I ordered a combo meal and asked for ketchup. The manager said only two packets were allowed. I usually use five packets with my fries and burger. However, I saw the next customer receive about ten packets. Because I am Latino, I am very disappointed with Burger King.
