Order on app, when thru drive thru, female Hispanic manager had the worse customer service I experience as a resident of Miami springs, first she hands me the wrong order then tells me they never received mine, I tried showing her the receipt she wouldn't look at it then I see a cook or employee running screaming in the background, it was Sunday at 8:55pm and they were closing the store already, never got my order or was offered any help and Burger King charged my card already since we ordered in the app, atrocious experience. I will never go back to that Burger King and I live across the street. Never felt so disrespected in my life by a manager she had 0 skills in customer service.
