“Mangu con los 4 golpes is the best thing on their menu. 🔥 don’t waste your time with an empanada or chimi bc it is not their specialty. But the mofongo dishes are 11/10. SANCOCHO IS 2000/10 delicious for a sick day pick me up, or a rainy day. I always return to this location for the main 3 dishes. Last dish their chicken in mojo has an amazing taste with white rice. Rabo 10/10 too. You’re welcomeeee! :) restaurant is super nice too for some quality family time. 🇩🇴”

“Went as soon as they opened and OMG! The quesbirria tacos were juicy and packed with flavors and the the fries lover box with chicken was a whole meal in it self but so worth it!!!. Definitely coming back here”

“I had a fantastic experience last night! The service is top tier--Marco and the rest of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had the best beef carpaccio ever--try it, they put a unique spin on the traditional dish--followed by the baby artichoke hearts and accompanied by an amazing Swiss Pinot Noir from Lucas Madonia. One of the best dinners I've had in a while and I'm frequently out. Highly recommend this quirky and cool restaurant!”

“I cannot believe I had one of the best sushi in a food hall at the Miami Design District. The fish melts in your mouth and it combined so well with the sauces. I usually always order spicy mayo on the side, but it was not needed for this roll. We liked it so much that we had to buy it again. Not because we were hungry but it was just that delicious. I also tried the Wagyu hand roll and it was fantastic as well. I also loved the service and cleanliness from the place. I will definitely return to here to have this special roll again.”

“Luca offered an explosion of flavors. The restaurant is small with outside seating. During the afternoon, the weather is enjoyable. They have outdoor fans. Located in the beautiful Giralda Ave. Coral Gables. The menu is varied and exquisite. For antipasti, we had pattate fritte, tuna caprese, and Stracciatella with black truffle honey. For our main course we had cacio e Pepe and short rib bolognese. Our desert was panna cotta. They also offer a wonderful menu of cocktails. We had 3 different Italian spritzes. My favorite was the Hugo. Everything was 5/5. Worthy trying, make reservations ahead of time!”

“Hiyakawa went above and beyond what was expected. My husband is a huge sushi lover, and me, not as much; but it was a nice date night for him, so I figured I’d get some gyoza and the wagyu and egg nigiri and be perfectly happy. Well, I was about to be SO impressed. We were sat at the sushi bar, and had the most amazing service from one of the sushi chefs. After we put in our order he overheard my husband thanking me for bringing him and the sushi chef realized I wasn’t much of a raw fish gal… he made it his goal to have me try something new that he thought would help bridge the gap. He absolutely astounded. I LOVED the nigiri he had me try so much and was overall so impressed with the passion and love that goes into the craft there. My husband said it has ruined all other sushi for him, lol. Amazing and so grateful we chose this place in a city full of excellent restaurants.”
