This was a wonderful experience for my family. The food was good however that wasn't what made the experience for me. It was the star selling employee Gustavo. We were having trouble ordering our food when that wonderful young gentleman assisted us with the issue as well as attending the drive through. We were also having a rough day so hearing his voice made our family feel special as he was giving us a wonderful story about himself and the struggles he's gone through and overcame. Overall I'm glad to meet this man as he provided not only us excellent service but others. Also it turns out that Gustavo once saved a close friend of ours from a burning house which at this point Gustavo is playing a vital role in my families life but likely other too.

I went to this Burger King 12/23/2023 around 8 a.m. and ordered through the drive thru the croissant sandwich for breakfast which was cold and not heated up. We ate it in the car right away it was never warmed up we were extremely disappointed with our order. We were really looking forward to a quick and tasty breakfast, but this was definitely not the case. I would suggest that Burger King pay more attention to better quality control.

Not good experience, So I come at 8:00PM to order then when I give them My Code so I can get Royal Perks on my burger king app, the worker tells me that they don't accept codes, so after I order he tells me that I can't dine in literally after I order because they close at 9PM even tho it wasn't even 9PM, there is no sign like I would of just gone to the drive threw instead of wasting my time walking and waiting TO get Attended. Not to mention they got my order wrong and missing food, and it's like the food was done a day before and not fresh. I guess it's not really there fault, it the owner of this franchise that perhaps doesn't teach there workers how to work Properly to satisfied a customer even after paying for the product.
