This spot lost a customer today due to the fact they let DoorDash / uber drivers steal your food and will not make you another meal. Your first priority should be making sure your customers happy, How happy do you think I am after waiting 2 hours for my food. The manager told me 4 different people went to pick up my food and not once did she think to make another sub and send it. Horrible customer service, Miami is the worst because all you Hispanic Spanish speakers feel entitled and as if you run everything. I will never in my life order from this spot again.

Place not too bad. I had a steak onion mushroom and cheese subs. It was very good. The bread is fresh steak was good. This is my first time coming here.

Sadly, this will be my last time ordering from here. I order via uber eats and according to the descriptions, the salads come with tomato and cucumber. They NEVER do. Decided to try an experiment today and ordered a salad with grilled chicken and a garden salad to see if at least the garden salad would come correctly. Experiment fail. Not a tomato or cucumber in sight on either salad. Literally just paid $9 for a garden salad that was just a container of lettuce with some shaved carrots. Makes me sad because we have been customers for at least 2 decades ?
